I bought this unit to power my charger for my large ag drone batteries. It supplied my charger power (which requires 9500 watts) and several other smaller accessories without running out of power. After running all summer 10+ hours nonstop 6-7 days a week it did very well. Only issue was electric start was not working properly sometimes but always started with pull start. Also will be nice to have if I ever lose power to the house, i can just hook up and run several items.

I bought this Generator after the last hurricane when we were without power for an extended period of time and the smaller generator would only power a few essential things making things quite miserable for during 100+ degree temperatures. I just got everything installed to run this off of my gas meter with Natural Gas and we did a test on the house under generator power. I must say thing is remarkable and powers much more that I initially thought it would and is also quieter than I expected. I can run my 5ton a/c unit and fridges (2) along with some fans, lights, wifi router and tv with no problems at all. with the A/C switched off, it will power everything else including, washer, dryer and dishwasher. I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I bought this generator to upgrade from an older, smaller generator. I am very impressed with the quality of materials and manufacture. The control panel is set up for ease of operation, has sufficient outlet and power source options for a range of uses. The safety features, remote electric start and tri-fuel capability all combine to make this a really great generator. The frame and wheels are sturdy, allow it to be moved around fairly easily even with the heavy weight. Easy to set up and use, plenty power capability, happy to have it at the ready!

Spectacular value. Wanted this watt capacity so I could run my home AC. Started immediately. Great features like remote start , push button start, and pull if needed. Not at all expensive to have an electrician convert to whole home use Sure beats cost of Generac whole home.

Even though I was aware of the dimensions, it looks bigger in real life! Plumber helped me get it started and so far so good. Assembly was easy. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't had to use it yet and I hope I won't have to but I have it just in case. Would recommend.

I bought this a month ago and it was easy to follow the quick setup instructions to get it running. I connected mine directly to the natural gas meter and tested it upon arrival. Everything appeared to be working as intended. I purchased this to provide backup power to my home during extended outages as I live in a Hurricane prone area. This generator has the capacity to power most of my home equipment, including one of the HVAC units, which will keep us cool during the hot summer days/nights.

I just purchased this unit, after reviewing more units/mfg.'s, and based on reviews overall it was an easy decision. The Tri Fuel option is a definite plus. This machine is a beast it is HEAVY, and I considered returning it as I recently had a complete knee replacement and was in fear that I wouldn't be able to manage it, however the unit is very well balanced, so moving it to where I will be using it, is not as much as a concern than I first thought. I never look for power losses but I am more relaxed after making this purchase, as this unit will power the majority of components in my home

We just got the 14500w trifuel unit recently and did a complete break in literally the day before Hurricane Beryl hit us in Houston. We started up the generator as soon as the winds slowed down. We let it cool down each day and checked the oil. This unit worked flawlessly for 7 days. It powered on and off easily. We had soft starts installed on both AC units and this generator easily powered the entire house (2.5 and 3.5ton AC units). This unit saved us this week.

One leg of the L14-30R outlet was not hot. I really can't say much about the units performance because I was not able to use it. This review is all negative, because that is my initial experience. Once it is repaired and I use it, my opinion could change.

This was purchased for an upcoming hurricane. It was easy to use and set up. No issues so far. Downfalls are it is very loud and extremely heavy. If you are a single person you will need at least one person to help you lift it until you get the wheels installed.
