I bought this on 11/21/2024 ( delivery was fast) .I like the features on this generator. I like that this was Tri- Fuel ( gas ,Propane and Natural gas) and because it was a tri fuel generator it would be a more efficient form of emergency back up power. Some other features I like is the option to use the Amp GFCI receptacles if I wanted to and USB Ports ( USB cable not included ).You can use the USB ports to charge USB-compatible devices like your phone and tablets. I turned the generator on using the propane feature and it worked like it was suppose to ( be sure to follow direction) .

Very great product. Was a little hesitant about buying this generator but I am glad that I did. Its performance is amazing and it exceeded my expectations as it can handle just about anything you throw at it within its specifications. Would recommend to anyone looking for great quality and performance.

This unit has enough power to service my entire house using the 50-amp outlet. Tri-Fuel Compatible, Electric & Remote Start, Digital Data Meter. Unit came fully assembled, just installed the pedestals and wheels (5 minutes), connected propane and it fired right up.

After contemplating between Duromax 13000tf and this Westinghouse, I decided to go with this Westinghouse. More power at a lower cost. Have not fired it up just yet but item was delivered as described with no visible damage. Looking forward to firing up this bad boy!

I bought this generator for seasonal power outages here in Texas. There is very good instructions, and this device is of a very robust build quality. I just got and haven't to had to use it in an emergency setting yet, but I will keep you all posted.

Works well but not as minimal hands on as I would’ve liked. Bought it so I could remote start the unit without having to go outside and switch on the power and turn on the gas supply- but if you leave everything in the remote start ready setting - the battery runs down in about three weeks - so I have to leave the trickle charger plugged in. I’m also running on the natural gas source but it doesn’t like to start unless you put it on the LP gas switch setting. Overall, it’s a solid product and it will do the job with some one off customizations.

Bought to replace an older Generac 5500 watt generator that plugged into a split home interlock circuit breaker panel with a 30 amp power supply. Easy to assemble. I wanted the TriFuel option as I have a natural gas outlet for my grill. Still working to find the appropriate adaptor for the natural gas hose that comes with the generator that will work with my natural gas outlet. Even if I don't find the right adaptor, still can use it with propane or gasoline.

I wanted to upgrade our generator to prepare for this hurricane season. There is a chance I have to stay at work during a storm so I wanted to make sure we bought something that could power a lot and be easy for my wife to start. This generator is super simple to start up. It has more than enough power to run the essentials we need if the power goes out during a storm. Great product!

Just purchased this a couple weeks ago and have run it through the break-in period using propane and natural gas. Easy setup, great directions and easiest starting procedure of any generator I have owned. Basically hook up gas and push the start button!! Next step is to see if it will handle my whole house, including central AC.

The other generator I purchase in the past doesn't compare to the Westinghouse brand. With more feature and super power this is the generator every one need. Easy to start and setup in minutes with durable wheel and frame work, This generator is a beast.
