Being in East Texas, made decision to invest in this generator after experiencing 3 day outage from severe weather in June 2024 and then after impacts from Hurricane Beryl. Have not used for back up power yet, but set up is very simple. Like the push button start and options for fuel in case my wife needs to operate if I am out of town. Plan to have transfer switch and interlock system installed to plug in 50 amp cord for using larger appliances.

I bought the Westinghouse 13,000 Peak 10,500 continuous watt generator 3 days ago. I had it shipped to store, It arrived within 40 hours of ordering it, which was amazing with all the power outages in my area. It arrived undamaged and all accessories were in the box. I put in the oil and gas. It started up first crank! Runs great and powers everything I wanted. I did a lot of research and decided to go with the Westinghouse. No regrets! Highly Recommend it!

Just picked up the WGen10500Tfc. I opened the box and began assembly. There wasn't much to it, just adding wheels and front stays, adding the oil that was supplied. Everything went exactly as the instructions stated. The instructions are very detailed and written with a lot of safety cautions. I fueled the unit with propane and once connected and turned on the remote start worked great. I ran it for quite a while and it just purred, a bit of a loud purr but what you would expect from an open generator of that size.

Just received my generator after my old one (not a Westinghouse) failed during a prolonged outage. Really glad to have this generator and ability to run on 3 fuels, have already utilized the propane feature. Feeling good about this generator serving my family for years to come. PED did a great job getting this to me faster then promised.

I bought this generator last month after my last genny died. After many years of service with my old one, i wanted more power and features. I didn't know what i was missing. Love the tri-fuel option, battery start, huge amount of power and remarkably clear instructions. Can't wait to fire it up today! Will update if anything other than delighted.

This thing is awesome! Had many traditional gas generators before but being able to select from three different types of fuel is a game changer. First fuel i used was propane. Started up on the first try right out of the box. Having a remote control is another great feature. Doing the break in period this weekend so it's ready to go when needed.

Bought this on 9/16/24 and it arrived only 2 days later! Had no problems attaching the feet and wheels with the easy to understand instructions; the generator looks great and runs great! Not that I want our power to go out this year, but I'm happy to know I'll have power with my new Westinghouse generator!

I got this in early June after sitting in the dark and heat for 5 days after a tornado hit our area. I had no idea I would use it would be put to work so quickly. Beryl hit 4 days ago and we still have no power! Thank goodness for this generator! We are able to run multiple fans, a microwave, the refrigerator, and recharge electronics, including flashlights. Cannot say enough good things about this generator.

I unboxed the generator, installed the wheels and stands which were very easy to do. Charged the battery, install the supplied oil into the engine, added gad with fuel stabilizer and then paired the remote. Generator fired right up and powered a floor heater and shop fan with ease.
