Generator was bought just in time for Hurricane season. The fact that it can be fed to 3 different sources of energy is really useful. It has the capacity to provide electricity to the whole house, including A/C Generator is easy to use, and it can be turn on/off remotely

Although this generator is heavy, it has large sturdy wheels and a fold up handle that makes it easier to move about. The instruction manual,(yes, you actually get a detailed manual in hardcopy) includes parts lists and circuit diagram. The instructions are easy to follow and well written. Nice to know that Westinghouse continues to provide quality products.

Just received! My brother who lives 28 hrs away help me with installing feet/wheels. I literally know nothing about using a genny. He helped with live video and pics. Runs like a dream! We tested the distance with the remote start..about 40 ft and even through brick! I'm in Florida and getting ready for hurricane season. I learned last year with NO power for 10 days and lost all our food. NOT happening again! Thank you Westinghouse for making an awesome product. Hope we don't have to use this year but if we do, I'll come back to make another review on how it holds up. I've been told I can install this to my panel box as it's large enough to run my entire house.

I did a ton of research before purchasing this Westinghouse as a whole home generator option. After losing power during the previous freeze in Houston and recently being without power for Hurricane Beryl I decided to install a transfer switch and find a generator powerful enough to run my whole house. Have a quick connect to my NG line but I like that it has the Tri Fuel option. I have it running a 3 ton HVAC on soft start, 2 sets of washer/dryers, full size fridge, 2 mini fridges & lights. (Not all at the same time but I’m sure it can)

You can tell it was well built and thought out, right out of box Well written instructions (manual and such) However, I needed to call hotline to find out something that should have been listed in manual...the inlet size of LP connection, so that I can get a needed fitting/adapter, currently on hold for past 30m to find out a detail that should be listed/printed somewhere in the paperwork Also, it should list the length of hose and quick connect size Starting it up soon

Recently purchased for storms/power outages in SE Texas. Product was well packaged; Features that attracted me to the product: Triple fuel with the ability to quickly change; remote start and its portability. Started under propane immediately and tested very well. Machine appears to be durable.

I purchased a W generator based on a low THD spec and natural gas compatibility. Having a tri-fuel model provides a backup plan for fuel if I need to transport it to one of my children for use in a prolonged power outage. Setup out of the box was easy and the instructions were clear. The break-in oil was included with the purchase along with a 15-foot hose for natural gas (1/2”) and a propane hose/regulator. The unit was connected to a natural gas supply and came to life once the hose was purged (about 15 seconds of cranking). The unit’s noise level requires conversations to be moved about 25’ away to be heard. Unit shutdown is uncomplicated with natural gas and storage takes only a few minutes to complete. I plan to switch to synthetic oil after the break-in period and modify the house electrical system for a transfer box connection. I am pleased with the purchase and conclude the price vs. value is appropriate.

I purchased this generator about a month ago after the recent hurricane left me withought power for two weeks. I have had to use it a few times since we were faced with post hurricane power outages. The tri-fuel option has really come in handy since I always have natural gas and propane available. The generator provides enough power to run all the appliances in our house with and there is plenty of power to spare. Definately a great buy at a resonable cost.

From late delivery, to bad natural gas hose, to no guidance on parts needed to attach to natural gas line, to it won't start first try... I'm exhausted! This thing would be going right back if it hadn't taken so long to just get to try it for the first time!

I purchased this generator after a lot of research. This generator provided the best mix of quality features, accessories, reasonable price, and good reviews. It was easy to set up and get running. It was quieter than I expected and once I completed the break-in procedure it is producing power with less than 5% THD. I am very happy with this purchase.
