So far this generator has operated flawlessly! We have not had a complete power outage yet, thank goodness but the test run went great. The manual that came with it was easy to follow and explained setup and start up completely. I have peace of mind going into winter.

I purchased the WGen11500TFc after doing a lot of research on generators. I wanted a trifuel generator so I could run natural gas. That way I do not have store or try to find gas or propane during an outage. This generator also produces clean power with a THD rating of <5%. Which is very important for sensitive electronics, medical equipment and or to prevent lights flickering in the house when using the generator. The attached handle makes this generator very easy to move. Even with being over 200lbs, there is no issue moving around as needed. I also like that this generator is ready for a 50amp inlet. I had an electrician install a 50amp inlet wired directly to my panel with an interlock switch. Allowing for full access of the panel and being able to select which breakers I want to run. I also had a plumber run a gas line with shut off valves to hook it up to natural gas. Connect the entire system with quick connects, making it very easy and fast to be up and running. This generator also comes with remote start and a trickle charger for the battery. It is also ready for an automatic transfer switch, if you want to set up a permanent location and always connected system. For an open frame generator that produces this much power, the noise level is acceptable. It is not as quiet as an inverter generator, but that is to be expected. Noise level is very reasonable for a generator of this size and output. This generator was exactly what I was looking for. Technology on portable generators has come a long way, and there is really no need to purchase a whole house system anymore. Going this route saved me a lot of money. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I would recommend this generator and now have peace of mind that I am always ready for the next storm.

I just purchased this unit, after reviewing more units/mfg.'s, and based on reviews overall it was an easy decision. The Tri Fuel option is a definite plus. This machine is a beast it is HEAVY, and I considered returning it as I recently had a complete knee replacement and was in fear that I wouldn't be able to manage it, however the unit is very well balanced, so moving it to where I will be using it, is not as much as a concern than I first thought. I never look for power losses but I am more relaxed after making this purchase, as this unit will power the majority of components in my home

This generator is a monster. Very solid built . The good folks at crossfire welding got it to me from Canada when it seemed like noone in the states had any available, I'm on the gulf coast by the way. I can now rest easy that my house will have power in the next hurricane.

I was looking for the ultimate generator to cover multiple needs. I am setting up a build project to transform a simple portable wooden storage building into a tiny off grid home. Eventually I will power with solar but this tri-fuel generator will be great for all the power equipment for construction as well as the RV power needs that I'm in during the transition. When the construction is completed and the living space is occupied, this generator will become the backup power with the smart switch/ transfer option. I'm looking forward to alot of good usage of this amazing generator.

Bought this generator to feed our home during power outages (hurricanes, winter storms). Also to feed our 5th wheel travel trailer. Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble the few parts that needed to be assembled. Started on first attempt! Checked all voltages and everything works as it should! Easy to move around. Great looking machine!

The generator is quite heavy, but it’s designed with wheels for easy mobility. The instructions are straightforward and the setup process is simple. It includes everything necessary for various options; the only additional item required is a plug if you plan to connect it to your home. The generator arrived with the oil needed for the initial start-up. The noise level is manageable, it’s fuel-efficient, and offers excellent value for the money. I intend to have a natural gas line port installed so I can use natural gas instead of propane or regular gasoline. Overall, this generator seems to be a superior option compared to some of the more expensive installed home generators.

I live in Florida and have weathered four hurricanes, so I really researched generators before making a purchase decision. The Westinghouse WGen10500TFc stood out as a real value for its power and tri-fuel options, and of course the reliability and quality of Westinghouse!

upgraded from the gas 9500 generator. that one was great. ran for 4 days straight after a storm and had no issues whatsoever. received this one and it looks like a beast. hopefully wont need it anytime soon but i know its ready when it will be called on.

It came much quicker than expected and much easier to set up and start for sure. I have bought many appliances and tools that had to be assembled but this was a real "no hassle" treat... Everything was as advertised, and I am very satisfied with the operation of this generator...
