This generator runs my whole household, including central AC. I do have natural gas for many appliances which helps, but having an electrician come out and hook up an input to you house and purchasing this generator is FAR less money than hooking up a traditional whole house generator.

Super impressed with the solidly built generator! From the time we opened the box, through assembly, and then to startup, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details included with the generator, like oil with a very functional funnel. It was very easy to start up and it runs very smoothly. I feel confident we can have the storm coverage we need with this well-built generator!

I just bought this after losing power twice in two weeks out in Houston just to run my AC during hurricane season. Really well made machine, no issues setting it up and came with everything I needed to get started. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a small standby generator. My only nitpick would be that if you plan to plug it in to a transfer switch you’ll need to buy that cable separately.

I just ran this generator for approximately 30 hours after hurricane Milton came through in south Florida. What a beast. Ran 3 ton ac with no problem. Just received it 4 days before I needed it. Easy assembly, ran through break in period and put it to the test 3 days later. Even had to do an oil change during the process.

I just got this unit, and was pleased that this was in stock and it arrived pretty quickly. I appreciate all the detail that went into this unit, packaging etc. It came with hoses for both propane and natural gas. The intructions to put it together were simple. Bought this to prepare for the next hurricane to move through the Houston area. Solid manufactured unit with ease of install, clear instructions and everything needed to get you up and running (including oil!). Also very appreciative of a spare part list so I can have extras on hand (spark plugs, air filters, oil, etc). Only drawback is this thing is heavy. Had to hire hands to unload and place in my garage for now.

This Westinghouse generator is exactly what I needed. With the tri-fuel option, I never have to worry about running out of the right fuel during a power outage. The remote start is a lifesaver, especially in bad weather. Powerful enough to run my whole house, it gives me peace of mind knowing my family will be comfortable no matter what. 5 stars!

We received our generator today and I just finished assembly and running it for the first time. I chose to start it on propane and experienced no problems. Directions were clear and appreciated. We look forward to powering our whole house with it during outages.

Just bought this generator and it fired right up after adding oil of course. I bought it because we get frequent power outages and I need to have power to run sump pump, septic pump, and well pump. This 11500 kW should easily handle this plus run frig and a few rooms. Very affordable for a tri-fuel compared to other brands.
