I purchased this items a week ago due to the storm that passed through Houston. We were advised we would be without power for 1 week. We decided to make this purchase and it has been our relief ever since. Its very helpful that its tri fuel as we didn’t have stores that had power to get gas ,so we used the propane and gas features. Great product indeed.

Received the generator three days after ordering. Set it up following the enclosed directions which were very easy to follow. Connected it propane and it started right up. Going to let it run this weekend to break it in. Having an interlocker added to my breaker panel with a 50 Amp plug installed out back to connect to during power outage. Haven't found any issues and I am 100% happy with this purchase.

This generator has great features like dual fuel, remote start, and several output plug options! Honda/predator makes the motors for these, so it runs smooth and quiet! I'm not sure where these are made, but it's great that the instructions are clear and easy to use!!

As a life-long Florida resident, I've dealt with my fair share of hurricanes and power outages. My greatest fear during said power outages is the loss of seafood and wild game that I spend countless hours harvesting. With the use of this tri-fuel generator and the ease of operation, I feel much more at ease knowing I can keep my food cold. This generator is large enough to run most of my home and it's very easy to operate. I very much like knowing I can run it off of gasoline, propane or natural gas.

I bought the 10500w tri fuel, its worked pretty well overall. I installed a soft start on my 6 ton ac unit, and even with that it really chugs as it starts up the AC, and it has even failed a few times to start the AC. I have found I need to start the AC first and then turn on the other circuits, that inrush amp can be over the capacity of this generator. But once its on it works pretty well.

We bought this for emergency use when the power is out and could not be happier with it. It's great looking and looks to be well thought out and it came with a NG hose and a LP gas hose and regulator too. We love that it came with wrenches and a spark plug socket in it's own little pouch and that it has a remote start key fob! We filled it with the supplied oil and hooked it up to a Propane tank and switched the selector to propane and started it. It came to life quickly and ran excellent. I plugged a fan into it and turned it on and can find no fault with it this generator whatsoever. I think this generator is a real beast and will serve us well for many years. I live in Florida and after the latest hurricane caused a five day power outage, I decided that I needed to purchase a generator strong enough to meet all of my home's power needs. After research and consulting with a friend who is an electrician, I chose the Westinghouse. He liked it so much that he also purchased the 11500TFc. The remote start and large fuel tank are a huge plus. I'm confident the generator will meet any future needs I may have regarding power outages.

This thing is great it can power my whole house without issues. The tri-fuel model is great if you use natural gas to heat your home as you would never have to refill the tank. But propane and gas make it very versatile to take with you. It is very well made and the components are high quality. This is a generator I would highly recommend.

Love feeling prepared with this generator. The fact that I can run multiple different fuel sources as able/needed is awesome. Took 20min or so to set up and started right up! This thing is stout and well made. Westinghouse has such a good reputation. Thank you!
