Purchased this in late June and operated the unit during Hurricane Beryl in Texas during the power outage. Blessed to have had this during the storm to enable use of my refrigerators, freezers, lights, and air conditioning systems. In this heat, we were glad to have had the Westinghouse portable generator which has been easy to operate and reliable. Look forward to continue using this great generator in the future as needed. Our home is prepared thanks to Westinghouse!

I just bought this and glad I did. It has tri-fuel feature that I like. It comes assembled, all I had to add were 2 wheels and 2 support feet. Instructions and manual are detailed very well. It's easy to move around, rolling it in and out of the garage or storage building. The size is good for storage with plenty of power to run several electric devices at the same time. I definetely recommend this model if it meets your power needs.

After being without power for several days during the Texas Winter Storm and the recent Hurricane Beryl we decided it is time for a generator. We selected the WGen11500tfc based on numerous great reviews and having the ability to power our entire house including AC unit. We had to wait for the WGen11500tfc to be back in stock but eventually received it and have been impressed with the service & craftsmanship.

Bought less than one month ago, assembled in less than 20 minutes. Put gas in and it started flawlessly. Week later I had an electrician connect to house, 1870 sq ft. Powered the whole house with no problem. Connected propane tank, started and ran with no problems. Just a great experience all around so far.

Used it for the 6days and it was great, ran 1900sq home 5 ton ac with softstart, fridge, deep freezer and few lights .. performance is as excellent, total run time was 75hrs used 100lbs propane 40 gal of gasoline.. overall it has performed well and would recommend it..

Man I tell ya, if you dont care about the noise and you got natural gas at your place with most appliances being natural gas, this is a winner! Even for an all electric appliance house, this wgen11500tfc could work if you manage your loads well. You can’t beat this price for the power (CLEAN power i should add) and portability.

We bought this generator as a back-up for a small chapel of 2400sq ft. We tested with propane and gasoline. It started nicely. Even with propane, it is powerful enough to run both small (3 tons) air conditioning units. We were careful to stagger the 2 units. But we are very pleased with the initial performance.

This generator is amazing! The power it provided during the last storm was incredible and we were thankful! I was worried that I needed more power but as usual I was overthinking it and this generator was more than enough! Add in the outlet had an electrician add to the house to back feed and we were all set. The generator is quiet and easy to use. I love the many features and the length of time it runs without refueling. This is a must buy if you are looking for an affordable, capable generator!

I bought this generator because of the great reviews people were giving this company on their generators. At the time other brands also were backordered just like this one, but Westinghouse were back in stock sooner than the other guys. Got my unit home and assembled the wheel kit and it was definitely has held us to the reputation. This thing fired up on the first start without any issues and I got it broke in and ready for the next utility crisis or hurricane. Thank you Westinghouse for supplying a good product to your customers.

I got this in early June after sitting in the dark and heat for 5 days after a tornado hit our area. I had no idea I would use it would be put to work so quickly. Beryl hit 4 days ago and we still have no power! Thank goodness for this generator! We are able to run multiple fans, a microwave, the refrigerator, and recharge electronics, including flashlights. Cannot say enough good things about this generator.
