I received my generator on 1/02/2025 and put it together on on the 4th. Assembly, Startup and Operation was very simple, especially due to the great documentation provided, hardcopy and digitally. It appears to be well designed and built. I am looking forward to many years of use, assisted with the useful maintenance schedules and procedures.

We bought it just in time for Hurricane Beryl and have been using it for the past five days. My whole house is powered and took a weight off of my shoulders to not having to find somewhere else to be than here at home. Completely recommend! It is a great investment for your home!

I bought this as an upgrade to my Wgen9500c, which is also a great generator. I wanted something with a better THD. According to the Westinghouse website, the THD for the 11500 watt unit is </= 5%. I didn't have equipment to verify the percentage, but when my AC unit and well pump start the generator doesn't surge like the 9500 watt unit. It also powers lights, refrigerators and other 120V items as well as stove, cooktop, water heaters and microwave with selective usage. I have only had this a short time, but my last Westinghouse unit was great. I feel confident that this unit will be great as well.

I purchased this 0n 4/29/24 and here in Houston, have used it twice during weather caused power outages. I have only used it with propane power but plan on having a natural gas hook up soon. It powers my 2-story house including my upstairs 3-ton AC. I installed a soft start kit for my downstairs 4-ton unit and used it for the first time during the recent hurricane Beryl. No problems!! Fired my 4 ton right up. I'm glad I bought this when I did as you can't find them now!! Best decision I ever made.

I bought this after being out of power for 10 days. We used the smaller generator that was on our RV to run the fridge, freezer and essentials but the temp was in the 90s and I want to be able to run our AC. The 50 amp circuit will give us that ability. Started 1st time on LP.

This thing is awesome! Had many traditional gas generators before but being able to select from three different types of fuel is a game changer. First fuel i used was propane. Started up on the first try right out of the box. Having a remote control is another great feature. Doing the break in period this weekend so it's ready to go when needed.

I bought this a few weeks ago, so I have only run it to break it in. I hooked it up to by NG and it started on the second attempt, so all good so far. The wheels and front feet were really easy to install and I like the features. It is louder than I would prefer, but I knew the dB rating before purchasing. I will update after I have more run time.

I purchased this generator back in January and prepared to use it for power loss. The overall devices impressive with his size and weight. Have any ability to leverage the ST switch and three different fuels is a great option. Set up was pretty simple and the feature set it apart from its competition. I'd recommend this generator to someone who's looking for something similar.

After a week reviewing different generators, their features, output power and price the decision to purchase a Westinghouse was easy. Shipping was free right to my garage and set up instructions was very clear. One great feature with this generator is the multi fuel choice between, gas, propane and natural gas.

This is my second Westinghouse generator. We had to go bigger. Just like the first one, right out of the box it was a dream to set up, started on the first try, and has all of the features that we need. The original still works great after 5 years too!
