This is a well-built tri-fuel generator that plugs directly into the transfer box for my circuit breaker. I especially appreciate the detailed documentation, parts lists, and support resources. This is what separates a solid company from those fly-by-night places. Yet the price is still comparable. Very happy with this so far.

I haven’t used this generator in an emergency yet, but the home wiring is done and I added oil, hooked up a propane tank, started it, and switched it in. I ran it 10 minutes or so with the lights and air conditioner running, and it did the job. I feel confident going into next hurricane season.

All the things I love about The Westinghouse 13,500Watt Generator. First I bought these powerful tri-fuel Generator planning on running it off my homes natural gas, knowing it will be the last service to fail, and know there is chance of a power outage of more than a couple of days down and that gasoline no procaine will not last more than a few hours. And that there is a fair loss of power running on Natural Gas. Due to the disasters in the east this spring, getting the Westinghouse generator was nearly impossible. The Westinghouse 13,500 Watt Generator is quieter. Still my hopes of killing the sound to a stealthy level will not happen. The Westinghouse 13,500Watt Generator did not smell of burning off paint. The Westinghouse 13,500Watt Generator started correctly and ran great on the first try. The Westinghouse 13,500 Watt Generator again worked greatly and all plugs put out their correct voltage. The Westinghouse 13,500Watt Generator puts out an honest 50AMPs on its 50AMP plug. None the less I will use both the 50APM and 30AMP outputs just the same. I did safely wire in two Manual Transfer Switch system for safety to the linemen. The Westinghouse 13,500 Watt Generator comes with a full year parts and labor warrantee and then a full two year parts warrantee, so nearly a full three warrantees.

I purchased this generator about a month ago after the recent hurricane left me withought power for two weeks. I have had to use it a few times since we were faced with post hurricane power outages. The tri-fuel option has really come in handy since I always have natural gas and propane available. The generator provides enough power to run all the appliances in our house with and there is plenty of power to spare. Definately a great buy at a resonable cost.

We purchased this generator right before hurricane season, and we had 3 horrible hurricanes hit us within a short period of time. We were so thankful to have this generator it ran our refrigerator, AC, lights and outlets. It definitely made a horrible situation better, I highly recommend.

I bought this to power our house thru a 30 am generator switch in the event of an outage. This machine is absolutely beautiful and more than enough for our needs! The generator is very well built, runs great and I cant say enough about how happy I am with it.

This is a great generator, especially for the price. It has a ton of nice little features, connectors/plugs and the of course the tri-fuel option is just great. with the full power 240 volt 50A plug it is truly full power from one plug. Also I was surprised by how easy it is to wheel around. It is about 240 lbs, but with the sturdy, long handle that conveniently folds up and down on the front, it is easy to wheel around. The included battery charger plugs right into it's own connection. really cool.

I love the features of this generator! Especially, the options of remote start and the tri-fuel option. It’s also easy to maneuver. Westinghouse is the brand recommended by most Installers! I heard nothing but good things about this generator and I must agree with the reviews.

Westinghouse has been around for over 100 years specializing in electrical engineering. I toyed back and forth between this one and others, including standby generators made by other companies. What drew me into this one was not only does it have the capabilities to plug directly into the breaker box, but it can use 3 different fuel types, outputs more power than the competition in its class, and has a cute lil remote start with it! It was easy to assemble and I feel safe knowing I have it when I need it. For the price, I feel like it would be silly to pass up this generator over its competition.

Recently purchased/picked up this generator for emergency whole house back-up of electrical power should it go out. We live in southeast Georgia and start of hurricane season is fast approaching and needed a back-up electrical source. Generator is sturdy and heavy and can operate on three (3) different types of fuel, which I really like. Owner/User Manual is pretty simple to read/comprehend and features on generator are excellent. So far generator operates as advertised/expected.
