I purchased the WGen11500TFc to run my whole house. I picked this generator for 3 reasons: 1) the output of 9500 running watts on natural gas, 2) the oil screen should provide additional oil filtration, and 3) the purported low (5 % THD). Overall this generator seems like the best value that offers these features. The generator was easy to set up (no shipping damage), and there were clear instructions to convert the generator to floating neutral for use with a generator inlet. The included oil and funnel made break in easy to do. I ran the generator on natural gas and was able to power my entire house on a test run. The generator ran well during the test with no problems. The remote start was actually handy when adjusting the panel. I needed to add an additional fitting to the included gas hose to connect a quick disconnect on the house side (flare to FIP fitting). The generator is large, but fits in the side of the garage. The included battery tender plugs into a port so the battery does not need to be disconnected, and has a bright status light. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and feel prepared for the next power outage.

I just got this generator. It has all the features of more expensive generators but at a much better price. Plenty of instructions on assembly and operation. I love the flexibility of fuel choices. Registration was a breeze. Looking forward to starting it for the break period and using it.

Received the generator in absolutely great condition. by truck and the driver placed it in my garage. Easy set up instructions. I,m going to use Natural Gas but used propane to start it up. It fired right off and ran great, I have set it up in a small resin garbage can storage unit and plan to hook it up as a home backup. I had to take the wheels off to make it fit inside, I still have to vent the exhaust and add several more air vents. This generator is well designed and the manual is well written. A lot of power and flexibity at a great price.

Just unboxed the generator and it was packaged nicely on a pallet and there was no damage. I am happy to be prepared for our next big power outage in Houston, TX. No more going to hotels because we don’t have power. I will update this review once I use the unit.

Had a different brand dual fuel. Wanted to take advantage of a natural gas connection I have. Researched and Westinghouse came out on top. Very pleased with the forethought regarding a tool kit, funnel for filling with oil as I had to but these separately previously. Only need it about every 4 years here on the Gulf Coast but I suspect it will serve us well.

This is a new product for me, and only time will tell the durability. But to start, the 3 options for fuel with ample hoses and connectors are great. The remote start and trickle charger that came with the generator give me peace of mind that it will start up smoothly when I’m stuck at work and my family has to use it. Nothing that I see missing or I wish it offered. Even the gasoline tank is large when I need that max power output. So far very happy.

I just received my generator. You just need to put the feet and wheels on, easy! I live in Florida so this is for my back up power. It has plenty of power! I got it because it can run on natural gas, perfect for me! I can hook it up to a transfer switch and power the house or just use extension cards. I couldn't believe this was available at this time because of Hurricane Debby coming through. I hope it never has to be used but I'm glad I have it!

Looked at several other brands. What sold me was the output, size (frame for the 11500 trifuel same as smaller ones), the clean energy, remote and number of fuel choices. It was more than I wanted to spend but for the benefits I’m happy we got this one.

I bought this generator in preparations to any future storms after being without power for 3-5 days... it was not pleasant and my family require power. I did extensive research to find a model that can power my entire house with all three different fuel options. This particular model was exactly what I needed and comes with propane/Natural gas lines in box with a remote on/off switch. The only con I have after running the generator after running it for a few hours is that it is pretty loud with or without any loads connected.

I purchased this generator because it is the best size/power to weight I could find. Small increased in power come with a great deal of weight. With a THD lower than anything else in its range, I know every appliance, computer, and phone with sensitive electronics in my house is safe. I couldn’t be happier with it.
