I am a 75 year-old great grandmother and after purchasing this generator it does everything I need to run my house when an electricity goes off. I am very much please. I’ve used the portable generators before, but they were smaller wattage, and I had to do the cord under my door, which I didn’t appreciate and I couldn’t run the whole house With this generator. I can’t quite please.

Assembly and set up was easy, started right up, ran it for about 45minutes without an issue. This generator replaced my older unit that no longer supports all the new items in my house. I have a 2800 sq. ft. house. This unit ran my new boiler(heat and hot water), two refrigerators, all the lights and water/well pump. No issues.

Works as advertised. I just have the 5 -hour break-in run completed with propane. Everything seems well built. Everything started just fine. Even came with a battery tender type device which I thought I was going to have to purchase separately. I definitely would purchase again. If I had to have one minor nitpick complaint it would be the covers for the outlets are kind of cheap and flimsy but that's being very nitpicky.

Even though we haven't had to use the generator for emergency purposes at this time, it certainly meets quality of easy to read instructions, well built and sturdy, and love the triple selector. The pull-out extended handle makes moving the generator incredibly easy. So very happy.

This product was recommended. I prepared before a hurricane hit our town and I was sure greatful to have purchased this product. It has great features. This generator worked 100% during the power outages in our town for a few days. I'm a Happy customer... thank you

Purchased this unit at the beginning of the year. It was packed well and looked to be made user friendly. I tested before install and started fine and ran fine for several minutes. I installed inside a large cabinet for outdoor run and hooked into a natural gas line tested again all seemed good. Hurrican came in knocked power out for three days and had need for the system. Ran for a few hours ok on the natural gas then sputtered and stopped. Turned it over to gasoline and it ran fine for the rest of the needed use on gasoline. At this time starting the process to determine the issue depending on the outcome and support to fix I may change the rating. If this is fixed easily through support will be happy to give a 5 star but at this point not able to seeing that only one fuel is working when I specifically wanted all three choices hence the spending the money on a tri fuel, update forthcoming.

Clean design and easy to use with 3 fuel types and 3 starting methods including a remote and a manual pull in case the battery is dead. I put in the oil supplied, ran it for an hour break-in period, replaced with new oil, tested, and I'm ready to go!

We purchased this after hurricane Helene passed through our area. We had talked about buying a generator for a while and this seemed like the time to do it. We won't have to worry about power outages again. This is exactly what we ordered and expected. So thankful that we made this purchase.

I bought this generator right before Hurricane Helene hit. We were out of power for two weeks and thanks to this generator we didn't have to worry one bit. It ran without any hiccups and kept everything that we needed on. I would definitely say this is a great purchase.

Ran it on propane to verify function and just plugged a portable fan into it to test outlets. But a nice package so far. Has the weird rattle by recoil everyone talks about so I’m guessing normal. Seemed to quiet down a little as it ran. Need to put a real load on it but it’s a nice package.
