Purchased this generator on May 8th, 2025 for my LQ horse trailer. I purchased it so while camping without my husband I would have easy access to run the generator from inside my trailer late night and early am with the fob. We have a smaller generator that we have used for 15 years with no issues except no fob. Over Memorial Day weekend the pull cord wouldn't start the generator to turn it over and recoil didn’t want to retract. The Fob wouldn’t turn it off at all and needed to open the door to turn it on 90% of the time. I have contacted Westinghouse and I am getting the run around. Very disappointed and won’t purchase from them in the future nor recommend this product. I was very excited about it and now feel very disappointed and out a sum of money. I have been told to bring it to a designated dealer for repair or replacement if I didn’t want to attempt to troubleshoot it myself.

I was looking for a generator that runs on natural gas that I could connect directly to my house and not bother with gasoline. Also I can connect it directly to the house electrical system. The 10500TFC seems to fit the bill. It has all the features that I need.

Getting this generator up and running was surprisingly easy. It comes with oil and a small funnel—just fill the oil pan, pick your fuel (Gasoline, Natural Gas, or Propane), and you're ready to go. Some basic connection gear is included, and everything else is pretty straightforward. Delivery was smooth—it was dropped off in my driveway. I had some help from neighbors to unbox it and attach the legs and wheels, which are necessary since it's a heavy unit. Once assembled, the folding handle and wheels make it relatively easy to move around. Next up: installing the right electrical setup to connect it to my home’s panel. Once that's done, I’ll be able to power most of the house during a storm or outage. It’s a huge relief knowing we’ll have backup power, especially during hurricane season. Bonus: a few neighbors bought the same model, so we’ve been able to share tips. Sometimes it really does pay to not be the first one!

I just brought it home and set it up, but I'm waiting to have my transfer switch installed before I can see how well it powers my home. Initial quality impressions are very good. I bought it because it was way cheaper than a built-in whole home generator or a large inverter generator, and still offered a Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of less than 5%.

I bought this to use for the hurricane weather. I had an electrician connect it to a transfer switch to be able to power my house. It runs everything as long as I am only using one big appliance at a time. During the test runs, it operated perfectly. I am elderly so I cannot pull the start cord, but the remote start works flawlessly!!!

Received generator yesterday and easy set up all the parts included. I have ran it today just to try it out and break it in , charged A few things have not had a power outage yet in order to test it but I plan on using it if we do, thank you I believe it’s a great purchase.

This thing is a beast! I bought the WGen11500tfc to power my entire house during hurricane season outages. I'll be hooking it up to Natural Gas so I won't have to worry about gas stations not having power to even sell gasoline. No more #centerpointless

I wanted a tri fule model after the last storm having to drive all around to find gasoline Just waiting to have my house nat gas line fitting installed so I can hook in my gen Haven’t used it yet but my neighbor has a dule fule and he likes it hopefully mine works just as good

It's hard to put a price on the peace of mind that comes with having this generator. After having a transfer switch installed on our house, I'll be able to rely on this generator for anything the Texas power grid has in store for us. Initial setup was a breeze and the generator runs great without any fiddling or configuration. I would definitely recommend.

Just bought this Duel Fuel generator for a race trailer that has a generator compartment had to do just a little bit of changes to the slide out in the compartment and marked the setup for mounting and within an hour generator was running on propane as I really don't want to run off of gas so this was a plus for setup.
