I purchased this unit based on the gave reviews I seen online through multiple outlets. The power it can put out is truly amazing and with it being Tri fuel you have options for fueling this thing. The instructions for install were thorough and easy. I appreciate Westinghouse providing the propane and natural gas connects with the unit as well! It is sturdy and well built. The wheels and handle are heavy duty and make maneuvering this thing a breeze. I will say this unit is HUGE and LOUD. I do feel at ease now since we often have hurricanes and freezing temps here recently in Texas, that has affected our power grid. I would definitely recommend this unit, if your looking to power your whole house during emergency situations.

I bought this generator around Thanksgiving and received it about a week later much sooner than I thought it would get there with the holidays. Took it out of the box and there really wasn’t much to assemble so it was very easy. I haven’t had the chance to run it yet, but it seems to be a very nice generator. I will try to leave another review after I’ve had the opportunity to run it.

I bought the generator November 2025, worked for 10 minutes when first installed. Tried to exercise January 2025 and would not start with either natural gas or propane. Called Westinghouse for assistance and was told it was probably the regulator and would send me a replacement, albeit I would have to install it. Asked for instructions but never received a readable copy. Very disappointed that I bought a "lemon" and Westinghouse would not make it right. They offered to make the repair but I would have to take the unit to a repair shop 40 miles from me. I have no way to transport the unit. I would have to pay for a service call even though materials and labor is covered under the one year warranty. I asked that the unit be replaced and was refused.

We recently had a 30-hour blackout and our 5750W 13-year-old Generator struggled to keep up particularly when our well pump kicked in. Plus the wife could not start the old unit (pull cord only). It was time for a major upgrade as we are both 75+ years old. The Westinghouse has electric start and can easliy be rolled outside. The whole house can now be powered and the new generator doesn't doesn't blink when high power appliances come online. Thanks, Westinghouse.

I bought this after hurricane Helen. I was volunteering in North Carolina with people whose Bower was out for months and decided it was time to invest. I like that I can connect it and run my whole house. I also like that I can connect it to natural gas and LP. I like everything about this unit but the start up instructions. They could be a little better, for instance the utility of the breaker and how it works, as well as the little buttons under the receptacles.

Not very happy bought this 3 months ago with hardly any hours on it and went to start it today 1/23/26 and will not start.. sounds like the started has died … we live off grid and use generator to charge our solar system when it is needed… now not sure on what to do…

I bought this generator in July of 2025. I did not attempt to start it until our first power outage in February of 2026. We attempted to start it and it ran for about 30 seconds before cutting off and totally locking up. There was plenty of gas and a full quart of oil. I am just now beginning the warranty process with Westinghouse and will update the status once we have a resolution

i bought this generator to power my home in case of an emergency and hired an electrician to install a high voltage connection to my breaker box. The electrician confirmed it is capable of running the entire house and one of the air conditioning units without overtaxing the generator. It also is easy to start with the remote starter and love the three fuel option. This unit protects my home for a fraction of a permanently installed automatic generator. Love it.

This generator has been just what we needed for our situation. The setup was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. During the power outage of over 30 hours, the generator ran smoothly and easily powered all the items we plugged in. It kept us from losing the entire contents of both our fridge and full stand up freezer. Very happy to have chosen this product.

Exactly what I was looking for. The Tri-Fuel option makes it incredibly easy to manage fuel during long outages. Its a heavy unit, but the wheels and handle make it manageable. Look forward to having this in my corner next time the power goes out. Five stars for features and ease of assembly.
