Genie came by Estes trucking and the driver (Seth) was great. Set it up in a matter of minutes...longest part was putting in oil. Cranked right up, but have not hooked it up to run anything yet. But, in the backwoods of Maine, I am sure it will not be long.

I received my iGEN11000TFc today. It came on a pallet, delivered to my garage with a pallet jack from the semi truck. It was extremely well packed. Thick styrofoam and heavy cardboard box strapped to the pallet ensured no damage. Unboxing was easy. Required assembly included putting the wheels and handle on and filling the unit with oil, Clear directions from a well written manual made this easy. Both the parts and the tools themselves were high quality. I was impressed with the high quality wrenches. Again following directions I started the unit up on propane with the included remove key fob. It started up right away, running smoothly and relatively quietly. The panel of switches, plugs, buttons and connections was easy to read and understand. I ran it under no load in eco mode for 2 hours. Tomorrow I will put a load on it and continue to break it in for a few more hours. I will change the oil after break in to synthetic oil as I am located in Minnesota where subzero temperature may be encountered. Overall this appears to be an excellent generator and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I will use the unit to power critical circuits with a manual transfer switch and a generator panel.

I bought this generator a month ago and I used it at 1 occasion of a power outage. I've an Electrician set this up with Transfer Switch to power my entire house and the generator was able to power all equipment (2 Refrigerators, 1 Window AC- 12000 BTU, all lights / fans in 4 bedroom house) except my HVAC (4+3 ton). I've set this up using Natural Gas and it works as advertised. Push button start is a great convenient feature. The remote start feature is an attractive add-on.

Generator has a lot of features and it's well put together. I ended up putting 5w-30 synthetic oil in it, which i would recommend, instead of the oil that came with it. It should help it start even better in the cold. The auto start is really nice.

We've been wanting to buy a generator for sometime now and finally had a good excuse to make the purchase. We're hiring an electrician to do the install to the house and get it properly set up. Haven't had to use it yet, but I know we will within the next 6 months. It's inevitable where we live. Thank you Westinghouse!

I love that this generator can run on propane, which is not nearly as polluting as gasoline or diesel. Nomadic Sol did a great job installing it and showing me how it works. It seems a bit noisy, but as it is in the basement, that shouldn't be a problem.

I bought this generator to replace one that was about 10 years old and served its useful lifetime with me and was a good and faithful device. The old generator would power my water heater, stove and lights, but wasn't powerful enough to do the AC too. I had only used it about 6 times, but it worked reliably every time. So with this NEW generator being of the same brand and type, just BIGGER wattage, I have no doubt that it will perform just as his junior brother did. And of course, the waranty in case I every need it.

Bought this as a power backup for my house. We have occasional power outages during the winter and also during fire season. This generator should meet my needs in an outage. It is quite loud when its running but that's the only thing I would ding it on.

I bought this to hook up to a transfer switch to power my house in the event of a power outage. I love having the option of three different fuel sources the remote start and the battery back up. This is a high-quality unit and is very substantial and well put together. And easy to operate.

I bought this generator to run my home when the power goes out. When it got here, I thought it was going to be so hard for me to use it. I am an average size woman in my late 50s. After I had it put together, I looked at the handle and was able to easily move the 231 pounds of generator. I’m very excited about that! I’m having my electrician install line so I can plug right into my home. This generator is going to be a wonderful asset to my home.
