I just bought a couple a days ago, very impressed with this GEN. everything is there and very handy. Company has made sure everything is there but fuel. Item is set up very well and looks like very well made. shipping was right on time .It was very easy to set up . Started right up first try very impressed!!

After assembly, hooked up propane and started right up. I think it is pretty quiet for its size. I have a 5000w generator as well and it is crazy loud. I like the versatility of fuel options and ease of portability. Will use in the field. Great price as well.

We bought this for the winter storm after being without power for Hurricane Helene. We had the 50 amp added to our home so we can plug this right into our home and run everything except our heat pump. I love the Tri Fuel option to give the generator some flexibility.

I bought this generator around Thanksgiving and received it about a week later much sooner than I thought it would get there with the holidays. Took it out of the box and there really wasn’t much to assemble so it was very easy. I haven’t had the chance to run it yet, but it seems to be a very nice generator. I will try to leave another review after I’ve had the opportunity to run it.

We were looking for an electric start generator after having a pull start generator for years. We love the ease of operation, all at the push of a button! We don't want to lose power, but if we do, we are READY! Big easy to use handle and ample size wheels to move this around easily.

I just set up the generator yesterday and everything is working including a connection to my home electrical sub-panel. I used gasoline for the test run and will be installing a natural gas line next. We experience power outages in our area about twice each year usually lasting a day or two. During the last big freeze however power was out for ten days. We're looking forward to having a dependable backup system.

I recently bought my Westinghouse WGen10500TFc, it came ahead of the original shipment date. Only needed to assemble the wheels and stabilizers. All the parts were there it came with the tools and oil needed to get it up and running. The instructions were very easy to follow. The generator started right up. I am looking forward to many good years of use from this generator.

Only giving 3 stars because I just un-boxed and ran it for the 5hr break in time today. Started well with the remote start. Runs well with LP. Hope it starts as easily and runs as well when a hurricane knocks my power out. Will write another review once it gets used for intended purpose

I just received the EGen10500TFc. I prepped and it is ready for emergency use. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if we never need it for that. But I feel confident it will do the job if and when needed. I connected to propane and it started up no problem.

Have not used generator in an emergency situation, but have run and tested it out. Ran fine on gas and propane. It's not designed for hookup to a large whole house style propane tank without a workaround. Has many nice features. Push button start. Key fob start. Co2 detector. It's pretty loud and heavy, nothing out of the ordinary though for a large generator. Great manual. Sturdy and well built. I'd get a gas liquid transfer pump if you're going that route as it's hard to pour gas it the top of the generator where fill spout is located from a large gas can.
