I bought this generator 3 days ago and it’s the best made machine for the price on the market 500cc engine electric start push button (key fob) start and recoil runs extremely well with gasoline and natural gas have not tried propane as I have free natural gas and I couldn’t be happier

Just got the generator, it comes well packaged and generally has easy to understand instructions. Most of the maintenance seems pretty straight forward with the exception of the valve clearance checks, which requires some special tools and skill, might see if I can get that outsourced...

Bought item and left in box for a month. Got it out and put it together. Put some gasoline in it and it wouldn't start. Hooked it up to LP gas and still wouldn't start. I'll be getting in touch with manufacturer tomorrow morning first thing. Followed instructions and troubleshooting guidelines too.

I purchased this because I wanted a tri fuel powered unit with low THD. It came boxed very securely with clear instructions on assembling the wheels and start-up procedure. My unit started right up and ran smoothly. I will be using it to power most of my household using our natural gas service.

I bought this a month ago as a back up power unit for our house. I can now rest comfortably knowing that whatever happens with the Texas Power Grid, I am secure in having a reliable power source avaialble for back up - protecting my family from potential catastophe.

I bought this because of recommendation from an electrician in my neighborhood. It is a very affordable option opposed to the permanently installed whole home generators. I haven’t had to run it yet but I’m sure I’ll get the chance next hurricane season.

I bought this model after considerable research of available generators in the Whole House lines. Assembly was easy. Came with 1.2 quart bottle of oil. The unit called for 1.2 qts but over flowed the fill line with just a few ounces less than a quart. So save the cardboard box to put under the generator when you initially fill the unit. Ran it for one hour break in on propane. Have not put it to the real test. More to come.

The setup was easy. The natural gas hookup is great and the generator comes with a 25 ft gas hose. Perfect length for me. It doesn’t seem as loud as generators I have had in the past and it runs my a/c. I did put a soft start on my a/c unit. I feel confident that his unit will serve its perfect if and when I need it again.

I bought this generator after the power came back on after Helene. I have not had to run it for longer then 10 minutes. But it ran smoothly. I hooked up to a refrigerator using propane. I also used the 50 amp outlet to connect to my whole house, using an interlock breaker system. I rqn it for about 10 minutes using gasoline. I easily ran my my hot water heater, HVAC, refrigeratorand several rooms with lights. It started easily for the first three starts. I have only had it for a little over a month, but it seems like a quality product and I believe but hope that it will start when i really need it, years down the road.

I bought this generator for the tri-fuel options that it gives. I live in a hurricane-prone area and need a reliable generator. This model has great reviews and came highly recommended by several neighbors. It was easy to set up right out the box. I am pleased with this purchase.
