We had a transfer switch installed to make it easier to use. Couldn't be happier. It's nice having the option of fuel type - we have a dedicated propane tank. Luckily - we haven't had to use it yet for loss of power!

Researched lots of mobile generators and feel I got a great unit for a great price! This should be more than sufficient to provide electricity to most of my house. Heavy, manual good, appears easy to use

Received 10500tfc a week ago. Runs smooth and provides more that enough power. Noise level is a touch on the louder side but expected due to the size of the generator. Happy so far with my purchase.

I just purchased my Westinghouse Generator and couldn't be ore please. Started right up on both gas and propane. Provides more watts than my old one and allows for immediate switch between fuel sources.

I bought this product about a month ago and find out that battery wasn't charged properly after 24 hours been connected to the power outlet. Engine stops after running for a while and I saw error code on display: U242

I'm so ready for hurricane season with my new generator! Feeling much safer knowing I have backup power. It's such a relief to be prepared for any potential outages. Hoping for calm weather, but glad to have peace of mind.
