We purchased this generator since my wife and I live in the middle of nowhere and it's not uncommon to be without power occasionally when Mother Nature is feeling fiesty. Not only did we receive the generator in a timely fashion and without any issues, we also received an upgraded model and were offered a generator cover for no charge as a bonus.

I just received my generator 10500 and this thing is heavy, has a feeling of a solid built. Put it together and with the remote, 3 try and it turned on. Very impressed by it. I am giving it a 5 rating but there were no hitchpin to lock the wheels and screws for the front support. After the winter, I will come back to give a solid review.

I just got it but instructions were good and it tested out perfect as a backup for my house. My only complaint as of now is that 2 of the 4 bolts that fasten the cover on were stripped out. I had to drill out the welded on nuts and I installed bolts with lock nuts.

Just bought this but have not used it yet. We did extensive research on quite a few different models an name brands. We settled on this particular one because of all the positive reviews, as well as hearing that Westinghouse is a great quality brand that has been around awhile. It looks like it's built to work well and built to last. We hope to enjoy many years with this generator. It is our 1st purchase from the Westinghouse Brand.

I upgraded from an old generator with much less power output. This has the power I need with great features including push button start and tri-fuel .This is a must need here in Florida as we have had many outages do to hurricanes in the last several years. Most importantly as well was the price!

This is my second Westinghouse generator. I did not maintain the first one at all and it still lasted 7 years. After assembly, this one started up in seconds and has even more power than the last one. I hope the power doesn't go out but if it does, I know I have a way to keep things up and running.

I ordered the dual fuel generator, but recieved an apparent free upgrade. So they gave me the tri-fuel generator in its palce. So far had no issues or concerns. I tried all three ways to start this generator. push button, key fob and pull start. Started right up with the push button and key fob, but was unable to crank it up / start it with the pull cord. It just wouldn't start no matter how many times I pulled the cord. That is the reason why I rated it as Good rather that excellent. I checked all recpticals for proper voltages. The generator was a tad bit quieter that my old generator. Seems like it is a good replacemennt to my older generator. Maybe my opinion will be different in the next few months. But for now I am happy with the purchase.

Generator that DELIVERS. Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2025 Style: 13500 Watts - Tri-Fuel The Wgen10500Tfc is a step up for me from the Wgen 9500DF,which I purchased in April 2023,and still going strong. I upgraded because these are whole house generators for my use,I have the Westinghouse smart switch professionally wired into my panel. I have recently installed AC units and whereas the 9500 powered it,I feel the need for some extra oomph,which the 10500 easily provides. I know how fuel efficient and a larger capacity tank makes this model a win win for me. That it comes with wheels ,set up tools and oil,all adds up to great value for money.

Purchased this generator on advice from our electrician. It is fully hooked up and ready to go. Our electrician hooked it all up and it is working. Instructions were clear and look very managable should we need it. The cost was so much better than a big gerator that we may never have needed and this will run our complete house.

Genie came by Estes trucking and the driver (Seth) was great. Set it up in a matter of minutes...longest part was putting in oil. Cranked right up, but have not hooked it up to run anything yet. But, in the backwoods of Maine, I am sure it will not be long.
