As for the contrast it's night and day with a lot of tvs. Brightness could attract moths for 30 miles. Remote to control is pretty responsive but does have a slight delay when initial start up.

It took me a month to stop flinching when it looked like something was flying off the screen at me. It's really that great and the best TV I've ever owned. But, whenever I go to buy a new one we do our homework regarding all of the above topics for the highest marks in the latest technology. Then we compare price and apples to apples. I always end up buying Samsung again. This has been going on in my house as long as I have bought tvs. Now in 77 and the kids are buying my tvs for me and they do the same research and now we all end up with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to connect a streaming device to the TV for my hearing aids. Because this TV only has HDMI ports I am unable to do it. I tried multiple connections with the assistance of tech advisors but to no avail. I wound up buying Bluetooth headphones but this is far from ideal. I also do not like the features of the TV, the way it starts up and how I have not been able to change it. I wish I never got this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibrant picture and resolution, but dark scenes can be problematic, and this TV has NO optical audio outlet, so it doesn't really work with sound systems other than Samsung's. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart TV has so many features that my previous one didn't have (I bought it 9 years ago), so it really feels like a major upgrade. Syncing my devices was very easy, all my apps were right there simply by signing into my Samsung account, so the transition was seamless. I was able to begin enjoying my new TV rather quickly. The only downside is the remote is so small. I have big hands, so it can be difficult for me to operate this little thing sometimes.
