Great visuals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture looks great. Easy to set up. The remote is a little on the small side and too dark. Wish there was RCA inputs as well as the HDMI. Cant run my old DVD player/recorder without getting a converter. Great TV if your just watching.

Samsung did it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV! Samsung did an amazing job with this line of televisions. The picture quality, the brightness, the color contrast, and the resolution when you look at it it's like the movie or show your watching is literally in your front room. The new streamed lined remote is perfect and then you add the light sensor on the back which helps charge it 10/10. The interface is extremely easy to use and straight forward, especially since we've hooked our Samsung Android phones up to the TV. The ability to use AI on the screen at the touch of the remote is amazing and a feature you didn't know you needed until you have it. All in all our new Samsung 65" Class Q7FD Series 4K QLED Smart TV is a 10/10

Flawed Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike most all other Samsung models the one I bought doesn't have an optical digital port that I can use to attach my sound enhancement device to the TV set. this is very disappointing makes; it is very difficult for us to enjoy the sound from the Samsung TV set. It is not a pleasure to resort to captions to understand what is being said on TV.

Awesome smart TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really enjoying using the TV as well as my family. It is much brighter and has much more vibrant color than my previous TV. I can even see a difference from when I watch movies and when I use it for video gaming.

Love my new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV super bright the images are really sharp and clear the only thing that I haven't gotten used to is the remote but but simplified and doesn't require batteries which is a step up from the previous model I had. Would definitely buy again.

NO support from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to address my previous Samsung 75” tv. After 18 months the screen literally fell from the base. FELL and broke. Do you think Samsung stood behind their product? Nope! After numerous calls with promises of a return call from the acceleration dept. I am still waiting. a month later. So, if you buy a Samsung tv don't expect them to do anything when something goes wrong! I wish there was a way to include a picture.

Amazing picture and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing picture and vibrancy from top to bottom and corner to corner and great sound. It took me a month to stop flinching when it looked like something was flying off the screen at me. It's really that great and the best TV I've ever owned. I almost forgot about all of the apps and extras are pretty amazing.

Amazing tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The resolution ans vibrancy on the screen is amazing. It has the correct brightness i need from the TV as most the time with other TV models I have had issues with dark scenes and not being able to see what was going on but this has a really good refresh rate to allow everything to work very well. The contrast in the TV is amazing as well.

Great TV but a couple of wishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is excellent. Great viewing experience. I really wish it had a sleep feature that would let me set a time for it to go off when I am likely to fall asleep. A morning wake up would be nice too. But not as needed.

Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, very difficult to learn the controls. The remote was very UNCLEAR on how to use. I'm still leaning it after several months of owning the TV. I was not aware that I was buying two TVs, one for the Streaming Services (which I did not want and not aware that I was getting) and the real TV I wanted that allows me to watch current news, sports, etc. But figuring that out was very difficult. There were no instructions on how to separate them. It would have been better for the TV to start out being a regular "Current" channel TVs and then instructions for a buyer to know how to reach the Streaming Service TV. I've also had problems in pausing. Sometimes, I pause the TV to get behind and then when watching, going forward and skipping all the commercials. Initially, this worked fine, as my last Samsung did. But recently, it has started to jump ahead automatically. And, even when I press going backwards, when I click it current, it instead jumps forward. I resent all the commercials and want to skip them as often possible. We already pay for the Dish service and should not have to put up with their commercials.
