The features are great, seemingly switching from different streaming platforms with ease! Will definitely continue buying Samsung products after this experience!

Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?

I connected a BluRay player, and it automatically detected it and made it an option on the Inputs. Love that. What I do not love, in fact, makes me regret purchasing this product, is that you have very little control over what's on the home screen. The default is for it to tell you about Samsung TV Plus. OK, fine. But the biggest thing on the screen is suggestions for games to download. I do not want to play games on my TV. Especially not brain rot like Candy Crush. There seems no way to get rid of this option. I have looked all over Al Gore's internet for a solution. To no avail. It's a new generation for TV owners... YOU are the product. You aren't buying the product. Caveat emptor.

My kids and I, especially my autistic son, love it. It's very kid-friendly, and the picture quality and colors are incredible. I love all the features, especially Art Mode. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is difficulty with my replacement universal remote (not a Samsung brand). I have two Samsung TVs and the remote will control both TVs at the same time. I can't find a way to have it only control the original TV and not this one. For brand loyalty, seems like this is something a person should be able to do.

The reception from both over the air (via antena) and internet is very good. I am color blind so my review will strictly be on what I can tell the difference from this TV versus my last one. It doesn't take forever to turn on like my last one did.and the size that I chose is just perfect for my apartment.
