[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started as an automated billboard, full of AI trash and permissions to record key presses and voice. How about, NO! Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote control is ridiculous. The menus are confusing enough without taking away all the keys to manuver through them. I am one step away from taking it back just because ot the remote. We had 3 samesung tvs in our house a week ago. The first one to die was 2013. Then 2020. Now if I take this one back I will buy a Sony. The remote situation is compounded by Direct TV. What a fiasco.

Can't seem to get the lip sync quite right between programs, movies, live tv! some movies on apps are darker, I have it all the way up on Brightness. Can't figure out how to get the tv box to turn of automatically when tv turns off. But not a bad tv for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV. I got the 75" and it is the perfect size for my living room wall. The color and quality is amazing, crystal clear 4K. The brightness is very vibrant, I can see the TV cleary even with the sun beaming through my living room windows. I also love the apps and features it has, especially with the AI assistant and Bixby. I would highly recommend this TV !!!

I purchased the 43 inch Samsung TV for my bedroom quite pleased with it the mini LEDs used to make it a QLED work just fine. You can really tell the difference compared to a standard LCD and led LCD and LED TV. when I read the reviews it a lot of them a lot of them said that the smaller TVs don't really capitalize technology Samsung puts it to the larger models for the Q lead in the Samsung puts into the larger models for the qled in the OLED but from my perspective not actually seeing experiencing viewing the larger models in my home as I have a different brand TV in my living room I was very pleased with the picture quality in the 43 inch that I have and I'm considering getting a larger version for my living room. it was kind of difficult to match the TV with a non-Samsung soundbar sound bar with Soundbar with Atmos but after some around with it I was able to figure it out it works great. The movie scenes with high speed action flow seamlessly with no lagging & the audio syncing response time is negligible to zero so watching movies and gaming are alit of fun in this tv.

We are so pleased with its presence in our home, and enjoy it from early morning to bedtime...and then occasionally even longer!

One thing I don't like, and I don't know why it's doing it because I am an empty nester, but as soon as I turn on the TV, Cartoon Network shows up. Also, I press the Home/Samsung TV button and there is always a delay in my request. When it finally completes the task, the Cartoon Network immediately shows up once again. It's somewhat annoying.... first world problems, I suppose.
