[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Samsung Curved TV and really liked the picture and the sharpness of the picture. I wish the remote was more like the old TVs. Maybe it has to do with my age and the familiarity of the old one. One wish is that the TV would automatically regulate the sound. The sound issue has only gotten worse. Not caused by Samsung I'm sure but program providers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Samsung 50 older model with this new TV. I love the overall interface of the TV. The color and particularly the definition in the black or shadow areas is much better than my old model. The system was simple to setup and is easy to navigate. I had no issues downloading the apps I use and easy to log into each one.

I also appreciate the size, because it makes me feel as if I was at the theater. Another advantage to it is that I don't miss the action while I'm cooking during my favorite team's MLB game.

However the multiview function does not work as intended and that was part of my intentions with the tv I don't get but three options of A windows pc, a camera and SmartThings app. Fairly disappointed with it. But I'm fairly happy with the tv itself!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has hearing aids that hooks up to a Compatible box that has a T-P link for the tv. Unfortunately this Samsung does not have a TP link and we had to buy another cable for him to use his hearing aids. Now it only switches between sound and anode for him to use his hearing aids and then others Cannot hear. This was very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For one, it's a beautifully designed tv and so thin. Set up was extremely easy thankfully due to having a Samsung phone. Sound is crisp for just tv speakers but my only complaint is the picture isn't as clear and crisp as I thought it would. I love my tv but just somewhat disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed in the TV. Had it for 6 months and already has to be replaced. Luckily I bought a support plan for it. They came out to fix it but the panel has to be replaced and that costs more than the TV itself. This is my third Samsung TV in 5 years.

I've owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I've had. The ability to transform every TV into a work of art is fantastic. The responsiveness has been excellent. And the upscaling has been terrific with older content.
