[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness on this screen offers brightness within reasonable ranges for a consumer based entertainment system. Contrast actually excels above comprobable QLED products. Refresh is standard. Resolution offers a crisp 4k. The color vibrancy on this TV is the biggest selling point for me. Watching movies in 4K really jump out on this screen. Another thing to note is it works really well with Samsung SoundBar systems. Ive had success with both Bluetooth and Dolby digital audio. I do have some issues with compatibility with some of the major streaming providers. Often having to completely restart the OS on the TV. Most common issues I have are with HBO Max and Hulu. The other applications work reasonably well and reliably. Its a great TV in terms of picture quality. But the compatibility issues with some of the major service providers for streamer are a problem for me. Overall, I would still recommend this product. Operating system feels a little clunky and difficult to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm liking my new Samsung tv. The resolution of the tv is as expected, knowing what kind of tv I was purchasing. I like that fact that the remote has a built-in solar panel to help keep the battery charged without having to buy batteries or plug it in all the time. I also enjoy all the free Samsung channels I get to watch.

The brightness and resolution is quite crisp. Didn't realize how vibrant and how bad my previous contrast was until I got this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, great picture (much improved soccer viewing) but controls are not intuitive. The onscreen menu bare is clunky and frustrating. Using it with a soundbar so no problems there. Overall an excellent purchase and very happy with image and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV so much! The best feature is the karaoke microphone. Very nice picture, nice sound, but I bought a soundbar because I like to listen to my music with nice bass hitting! I couldn't have made a better purchase.

We replaced our 2018ish Samsung tv with this after an accident broke the old one. As a tv, it's great. The screen is vibrant and nice! But the interface and lag is absolutely unacceptable. They got rid of the old system that was seamless, easy to use for anyone and looked great. Now they've replaced it with a jumbled mess that take several seconds to load every screen. It looks terrible and EVERYTHING now has ads, even when the internet isn't connected. I'm an IT guy and it took me a LONG time to figure out the new setup. Especially changing inputs. Instead of just pushing a button like the old tv, you now have to do 3-5 confusing steps to change it. It's supposed to use “ai” to change inputs but it NEVER works. This tv was a huge disappointment and we're looking to replace it with the old version because it's so bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is amazing has great resolution,everything is so clear to see as well as great brightness though you can also dim it to your liking there is great contrast another thing is how vibrant the colors are when watching a movie or a show they're not dull I also like the sound system since you could hear it very clearly without having to raise the volume too high. In general the interface is amazing.

I cant believe the colors and how bright everything looks, the 4K really just makes it feel like the picture will jump out or you can literally jump in whatever you are watching. The size to me is perfect its not too big a size higher I feel would be too mich like a movie theater experience lol overall the sound is great Im usually not a big fan of the sound any tv comes with no matter the brand I have always needed to get additional surround system and also because I am a little hard of hearing but the volume on this TV os pretty fenomenal I literally added the soundbar just because Im used to it and obviously the subwoofer makes a difference but I wouldnt have mind just with the TVs sound. Samsung is a great brand and is doing amazing with their products. A brand I truly trust and that I know will last me many years to come. Thank you Samsung!
