They look nice and well built but for not for 200 bucks a piece. Maybe I'll catch them when they go on 50 percent clearance.

Great quality product, but missing important bolts. My autistic daughter was very upset that we had to put it all back in the box and she couldn't use it. Hopefully we're able to find the pieces at Lowes, but if not, then it's going back.

It is 12:17am Christmas morning. Purchased two of these for my kids from Santa and one of them is missing all of the hardware! I am so furious. This is beyond unacceptable. Will be contacting first thing Saturday morning.

Purchased two tents for my grandkids and all the assembly screws etc are missing. Hope that Sam's/Members Mark will send replacement soon! No stars if possible because I can't put it together!
