All of the materials used in this Kid's Hanging Tent are very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with battery operated lights for inside the tent. We purchased this for our 4 year old grandson's birthday in Austin, TX this month. He absolutely loves it.

It took about an hour for my husband to put together. He was giving me dirty looks while doing it. Parts weren't labeled and steps seemed to be out of order. He did say parts were very strong and sturdy. He's not sure how well the tent/cushion will last. It has a 350lb capacity and a one child rule. My grand daughter (2 years old) naps in it and my 20 year old son got in it and loved it, too.

This was my 8 year old son's big present under the tree. He ABSOLUTELY LOVED it. It really is one cool chair. It takes up a lot of space, but we were able to fit it in the corner of a large bedroom. I was able to put it together all by myself (I'm a 39 year old female & not very handy, but determined) and it really wasn't that difficult. It is the cheapest chair of this kind out there and I actually joined Sam's club just to purchase this chair, & it was worth it!!! The only negative is that the lights stopped working within 24 hours.

We use this swing as a "sensory pod" for my autistic son. It has proven so helpful. It's his little escape when he needs the quiet. He just climbs in and closes out the world and it really helps prevent massive sensory overload meltdowns if we get him in there early enough. And if we don't, once he's no longer in danger of hurting himself, he climbs up in there and relaxes for a while to decompress. Best $200 I've ever spent. Sits right in my living room.

Got 2 tents for the kids (11 &14) for their brand new remodeled post Hurricane Michael rooms. They LOVE them. They feel safe. The tents are big enough for them to curl up and read or sleep. Only bad thing is they are bigger than I pictured so they take up all the extra space in their rooms. But they don't mind. :)

Bought for our grandson's 3rd birthday. He loves it and so do his 6 and 8 year old brothers! Only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because there were a few nuts missing for putting it together. Now our son will have to try to find something that fits to finish putting it together properly.

Overall quality is great and seems durable. Can even be hung from a tree! However, the instructions are HORRIBLE and cause you to redo things multiple times (for instance say to put tent inside out before putting framing in, however you CAN'T turn it the right way once in place! Also, added lights are cute, but an after-thought and should be placed BEFORE the last step).

Purchased this Pod for Christmas for my daughter and on Christmas Eve I went to put it together and the screws/bolts were not the correct parts. This ruined my daughter's Christmas because she was looking for to this. I reached out to corporate and the complainant department and no response. After reading the reviews, this seems to be a common issues with the Pod. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

This is only my second bad review… the hideout tent portion is well put together… the base however is extremely unstable… it constantly falls over almost each time my child enters or exits it… I have to help my child in and out each time… if the upright bar is against a wall it seems a tiny bit more stable…

I am very disappointed!!! This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. The box is severely damaged and untaped and torn up. It's impossible to even wrap this. You can actually see the pieces in the box. I haven't looked yet to see if all the pieces are there. It's doubtful. And now I can't even get a replacement because they are not available and out of stock. And of course, this is not letting me add pictures of this damaged box. I guess for now, I'm going to have to try and figure out another way to package this and wrap it. So upset about this!!!
