If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered this hangout pod for my autistic son for his 5th birthday. It was a week late and talking to the online service people was a joke! I couldnt understand a word they were saying. It came a week late which I was still charged the shipping for. The boxes it came in were trashed. When I went to grab the box, I could hear some of the parts rattling around. When we finally got out all the parts, some of them were missing. It looked like it was previously owned and then taken back. So we got someone else's return. My husband had to go buy some of the hardware for it and they were a weird size. Then I went into Sam's club and of course they tried to say we don't deal with online orders. I still talked to the manager and after 30 minutes of talking they finally gave me a $25 gift card. So I WOULD NOT get this item! Also my son liked it for the first hour with the lights and they broke within that first item. He doesn't really play with it anymore.

Really great item for kids. It's a lot bigger than I imagined. Not to bad on set up. Came with all the tools.
