Recieved this for a Christmas present for my 5 year old and it came with 1 bolt and nothing else and missing one of the bars even though the styro-foam piece that goes over that bar is in the box. How can I get replacement parts?! Such an expensive thing to have quality control issues! How disappointing Sam's Club! Be better! Your members deserve better!

Bought as a Christmas present. Arrived with a severely damaged box with bolts, carabiner and ring literally falling out. I can't tell if it was poorly packaged from the manufacturer or if it has been opened and returned and poorly packaged that way, but based on other reviews here I suspect this is how it comes. Highly advise counting everything so you will know what to go find at the hardware store. Assembly of the stand was straight forward. Assembly of the tent was tricky to get the ring pieces put together correctly, especially for the base, but ultimately came together. Would recommend an extra set of hands to help hold the tent open while putting it together.

The chair itself looks very sturdy. However, I am missing all bolts, springs, tools, and safety straps. I have emailed the manufacturer, I have reached out to Sams as well. There has been no response from the manufacturer as too when or if we can get the missing parts. Its frustrating...Santa Claus failed :(

I waited months to buy this for my autistic son.. it was $200 at first and I didn't have the money. It went down to 150 still didn't have the money after Christmas and now it's $99. So of course I bought it as soon as I saw. Well few days later it's delivered to my door in a box that looks like it was opened and resealed 10 times with 20 pounds of tape. No biggie things happen. We open the box and it's missing the cushion that goes inside. Start to try putting it together anyways and the poles that it hangs from is bent. We keep looking and the lights that hang inside are falling off everywhere that's just a few main things. It also didn't have the instructions so I called Sam's Club customer service and oh there's nothing they can do this chair that I've been wanting for my autistic son for months they can't do anything but give me a refund and I need to give the chair back so someone else can buy this chair that looks like it has already been purchased so many times before. I'm sorry for the next that ends up buying this busted chair with the missing pieces. I'm so disappointed for my son. He was so excited… for nothing.

Don't pay attention to any of the bad reviews. I almost didn't buy based on them, but man am I grab I bought it! This was my daughters FAVORITE present for Christmas. I assembled the entire thing myself and it only took about 30 minutes. Worth every penny.

I waited 7 months to catch this item in stock, checking every week and I was finally able to purchase one for my autistic toddler. It arrived quickly but the box was a bit beat up. I put it together only to find that the "tube G" rods were missing (the rods that hold the top of the pod open). I've reached out to customer service and they were no help in finding replacement g tubes. I then contacted the maker via phone and email and have yet to hear back. It would have been 5 stars if I had the missing pieces. My son loves it, but I can't get over the fact that I waited so long and paid so much money only to receive an incomplete product and appears to be no way to get replacement parts. For now I've rigged it with pent poles until I can hopefully aquire the correct tubes.

I assembled the hanging pod with my family but the first issue was that the screws and bolts were NOT labeled. I thought the hanging pod material was good until after a couple time of going in and out, the opening part got misshapen. After a couple days of using, we have a hole where the pod touches the stand. The stand is also a bit unstable. I gave it a two star because it looks cute and I bought it for $99.99 which was a great deal. Unfortunately, if the current condition of the hanging pod is an indicator of the condition in the future, this isn't going to last very long. I will be taking it back.

I see I'm not alone. We opened this to assemble on Christmas Eve for our daughter. No hardware/tools etc. We basically have a frame and the tent but no way to put it together. Glad this wasn't her only gift from Santa. I think she would really enjoy it if we could get the pieces to assemble. J
