I haven't been able to find this cut of pork anywhere else in Colorado besides at Sam's. This makes the best Vietnamese noodle bowl grilled pork. They are thin enough for the quick marinade and grill up beautifully. Always juicy and delicious. With the amount of marbling, the meat is not tough, but always nice and tender. It is a great cut and you can't beat the price.
