This were yum! I love the thickness of them! Please, Sam's, don't change this aspect of these piggy steaks. These, of course, would be great on the BBQ, but I broiled some of them in my regular oven and air fried others in my all-in-one toaster oven. They were fantastic! Please, Sam's.... Keep these as they are and always in stock!!!

Top quality, great flavor and love that Sams carries traditional pork steak. Its easy to prepare baked in the oven, bbq sauce on the last 15 min of baking and it will be a great hit!

These pork shoulder blade steaks are outstanding. They have the perfect amount of marbling, which keeps them incredibly juicy and flavorful whether you grill them, pan-sear them, or slow-cook them. The bone-in cut adds so much extra flavor. They are consistently fresh, cut to a great thickness, and offer fantastic value for the price. An absolute staple for family dinners!

This is a household favorite. Season and straight to the grill. Be careful with the bones. Always great quality.

Disappointing that the pork steaks are not the best quality as before. The butcher isn't cutting them correctly either, they have bone splinters on them and they also put at least 1-2 skimpy steaks on the very bottom then hide them with the others on top. The pork steaks also have a lot of fat around the edges. Before they used to trim them really nice and they looked appealing.

Great taste but there was a lot of blood that came out of these before and while cooking.

The meat tasted wonderful once I cleaned all of the broken bone out of it. This could easily be an issue for people accidentally getting a piece of bone and breaking a tooth or worse. A new blade on the saw would prevent that from happening.

I had to wash them well because of gristle in between the steaks when I unpacked them. They also have a lot of fat around the edges. Before they used to trim them really nice and they looked appealing. What I really wanted was a pack of country style pork ribs. This was all that they had. Did they cut these from a pork butt to fill the case because ribs were not available. Oh, they were very tough even when cooked to 140.
