We love our pork and we love these Shoulder steaks ! They are so juicy and flavorful! Highly recommend! We stick up alot when we go shopping

I have been purchasing these pork steaks for years. Recently I noticed they are cut much thinner after the price per pound went up. I will no longer be purchasing them from Sam’s.

The meat was good. It's a good value. We love to put these on the grill because they don't dry out while cooking. The only think I wish were different is that there are five per package. My family only requires two per meal so that leaves an extra that I have to keep up with and add to the single in the next package I purchase.

These were almost 1 pound each! Thicker, too, than we expected. Large enough that two of us shared one for dinner. We love the shoulder blade steaks. They seem to be the most flavorful and tender of the various cuts of pork chops. Will go back for more.
