Usually I get great meat but these pork steaks I couldn’t eat had to through them out. I usually divide them up and fix two at a time. I got these on Oct 1st and I freeze them two in a package I’ve fixed them twice now so that’s 4 I have tried. Had to through them out. Every bite was fat and grizzle hard to chew. Please pas this info on to whoever inspects the meat. B. Waller

we have been getting these great pork steaks for almost two years until dec of 2023. it's been three months merrillville indiana sams, WHERE'S THE PORK? you have pork blade roasts for sale. if you can't keep pork in your meat dept how can i rate correctly. 5 stars for the pork steak no stars for not having what should be on the floor.
