This mattress is extremely firm. The only difference between this mattress and the floor is the floor has more space.

Wasted my money

Gave it a try. Says mattress has a 10 year warranty. This should be interesting because after 2 years this mattress is GARBAGE!!!!!! It's completely broke down.

Nope!

Terrible! My back and arms kill me daily now the minute I get up. Also, as other's have said, there's a big mound in the middle now. Also there's an indentation on one side. Worst mattress I have ever purchased.

a dump firm Matress. are you kidding me?

I ordered a king size. I'm 114 pounds. When I sit on the Matress, it's already down 1/3 of the Matress. What does it mean? Figure out if you want a firm one. This is wrong. Need to return it.

Comfy but so hot!

This matress is more on the softer side for a pillowtop, but we found it very comfortable. Our major issue is how hot it gets at night. It feels like laying on a heating pad. We will be returning them.

One word “AWFUL”

Like many of the other reviews I have the same problem. This mattress didn't last a year and it's terrible!!!!! I would rather sleep on the floor than sleep on this poor quality mattress! What a waste of money. Sams, you should be ashamed!

worst

This is the worst mattress I've ever purchased. Very disappointed. The memory foam pillow top has no memory. After 2 months I am going to have to purchase another mattress & it will not be a Serta.

Bought this mattress for my son and daughter-in-law and they love it! They said it's so comfortable and they always have a great night sleep. So I'm very happy!

$500 piece of trash

The top is ripping in places after only being used 1 month. followed all return/refund instruction and now can not get anyone to followup on the refund.Ill never buy again a Serta or from Sams club
