Bought this mattress for my son and daughter-in-law and they love it! They said it's so comfortable and they always have a great night sleep. So I'm very happy!

Like many of the other reviews I have the same problem. This mattress didn't last a year and it's terrible!!!!! I would rather sleep on the floor than sleep on this poor quality mattress! What a waste of money. Sams, you should be ashamed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best bed I have ever owned! I couldn't even believe how nice and firm it is! The mattress and box spring were so thick and comfy. I love how high up it makes my bed now also. I toss and turn a lot at night and I notice now my husband's side of the bed doesnt move when I turn over, so he isn't being disturbed with my movement. I also work for a chiropractor and have low back problems and this bed has made a huge difference in supporting my lumbar spine to lessen my pain. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a nice firm bed.

We just got our beds today after buying online for black Friday. We were supposed to get the “white glove delivery” but after going back and fourth for 3 days on hold for hours we decided to pick it up from the warehouse ourselves. The warehouse people are a JOKE. They will sit here and lie to you and even the manager told us they're idiots and he wants to fire them but he can't. After getting our mattresses and box springs we got to our apartment and realized the queen box springs won't fit up our steps. So now we have to pack them back up in the truck and go exchange them at sams club for full size beds. Haven't got to sleep on them but they do feel comfortable for the most part. I just don't recommend buying online!!! Go pick them up from the store it will save you some sanity!

Delay in delivery, stain on the box, not responding to emails. I purchased this set for a guest room in the basement. It was very hard getting the box down without scratching the wall and I was very understanding and didn't complain. The only choice I was given is to replace it and in order to do so I have to wait the same period of time I waited for it to arrive and take the risk of scratching the wall two more times. I asked for a discount on this stained box but they refused. I don't wish this experience to anyone it's so frustrating. In addition, the picture is misleading, there is no head like it shows in the picture. And just to be fair I don't know how comfortable the mattress is, never tried it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. The pillowtop provides comfort while the firmness of the mattress provides support. It was the 1st good night sleep I have had in awhile and I did not wake up with a back ache or a stiff neck.

I slept on this mattress at an Airbnb and thought it was great. So I ordered it. But for some reason it's just not the same. Don't know why. Was told this is the only Baymist available. Ordered the 6" box springs. Made the bed too low because I have a low riser frame. Asked to exchange for the 9" box spring. Finally received it. Made a difference. But not happy that I have to wait two billing cycles to get my credit. Doesn't seem very fair. Hopefully the mattress will get better.

I received this on June 11, 2019. Good quality mattress, but unfortunately I can't understand why they would say firm. It's very soft and pillowy if there's such a word. I been waking with back pain. Don't suggest if looking for firm, IT IS NOT FIRM.

Mattress sinks in and is not firm as described. It provides a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Although the mattress set arrived in a plastic covering, the coverings were extremely soiled —the box spring was already dirty. I would not recommend this item for another individual. I am wondering if they sent me a set that was old in their warehouse. I will return this set.
