Less than a year

I bought this mattress in June 2021, for a vacation home. It has been slept on maybe a couple dozen times. It has depressions on both sides (both husband and I NOT overweight) We added a 3" latex topper, hoping to sleep comfortably. We still feel the sag in the mattress underneath. Do we have any recourse?

Not a true 'Pillowtop'

We've been sleeping on this mattress for over 2 months now and unfortunately a mattress never gets any better. We bought this specifically because it was described as a pillow top, well turns out it is some kind of 'hybrid' pillowtop that includes what we were avoiding... GEL Of course it's described as 'cooling' and sure, it's cool when you first lie down, but as the reason why were avoiding all gel mattresses, they retain heat. The mattress is indeed soft and comfortable if you don't mind being in a slow cooker. I feel this was deceptive in its description and advertising. GEL needs to be clearly mentioned so people know what they are getting. Our last mattress we got from Sam's was good while it lasted and most importantly didn't have any hidden gel.

Horrid Horrid Horrid

This is the worst mattress I've slept on. As everyone has said about sinkholes it's true! Also, as all have also said in previous reviews, back pain, arm pain, shoulder pain. It's terrible! I bought this in June 2020. I can't afford another bed. I bought this thrilled I'd finally have a great bed and night sleep. I wake up in pain and miserable. I read people say it's a pain to try and get it returned. Why? Can I report this to a consumer alert or something? I'm in some serious pain daily because of this terrible mattress. I hope I can contact someone and something gets resolved.

Sink holes

I purchased this in May 2021, but delivery was not make until late in July 2021. Delivery and set up was fine. However, we have only slept on this mattress 2 weeks and there are 2 indentations/sink holes that are uncomfortable. I can not recommend this product to anyone.,
