I bought this mattress in June 2021, for a vacation home. It has been slept on maybe a couple dozen times. It has depressions on both sides (both husband and I NOT overweight) We added a 3" latex topper, hoping to sleep comfortably. We still feel the sag in the mattress underneath. Do we have any recourse?

This is the worst mattress I've slept on. As everyone has said about sinkholes it's true! Also, as all have also said in previous reviews, back pain, arm pain, shoulder pain. It's terrible! I bought this in June 2020. I can't afford another bed. I bought this thrilled I'd finally have a great bed and night sleep. I wake up in pain and miserable. I read people say it's a pain to try and get it returned. Why? Can I report this to a consumer alert or something? I'm in some serious pain daily because of this terrible mattress. I hope I can contact someone and something gets resolved.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now, and I am very pleased! Very comfortable and good value, especially since white glove delivery and a box spring are included in the price! I had a Zinus before this, which gave me back pain and made me sweat in the middle of the night. I switched that out for this for only a couple hundred more, which was a good decision. I sleep deeply on my Serta, and I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. The mattress is a good combination of supportive from the springs and soft from the pillowtop. Over time, the mattress has softened more, so I would say it is a medium firmness. I will say that occasionally I wake up hot when my partner is next to me, but I think I just tend to sleep hot. As a side note, I sleep on my back. I'm hoping the mattress holds up and doesn't start to sink in the middle but so far no issues.

We purchased the King version approximately six weeks ago. Order process was straight forward. "White Glove" delivery was a two people that looked like they were dock workers, but did do the work as described. After six weeks I estimate the service life of this bedding to be four to six years tops. The mattress is comfortable overall however edge support is weak. As a result sitting on edge of bed is already forming a low spot. You have to sleep approximately six inches closer to the mattress center to avoid it when lying down. For the price point I find it acceptable and figure it will be replaced in a few years. I do not expect Porsche performance at a Chevrolet price.

We have had this mattress for 11 nights. We noticed that the sides "dipped" from the first night, but we were trying to be fair. I was really hoping this mattress would be the answer to my aches and pains, but I feel just as bad as I did with my old mattress. I just want a good nights sleep and this mattress is not providing me the comfort suggested in its' description. It is hard to believe this mattress retails for over $1000.00!!!! I gave it a 1 rating because it is the lowest option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this mattress. My first nights sleep was amazing. The cushion on top is very soft, and has a slight firmness of the bed, which feels very comfortable. I love the look, it's beautiful. It truly helps with the discomfort I was recently going through,(back and leg discomfort). Now, I have no trouble at all. I was tossing and turning every night. I can honestly say I sleep very well with this mattress. It provides so much support that it is unbelievable. The quality is outstanding! I recommend this to everyone, it is an amazing mattress, and the best one I've ever had.

Two weeks in and so far, so good. I have been sleeping very comfortably on this mattress. Was a bit concerned when it was listed as a firm pillowtop mattress but this one still has the nice, pillowy softness to it. Combined with an excellent price and the delivery and setup, makes it a great buy.

Sadly after a year the mattress doesn't hold up. Sagging in the mattress makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. This is a good price, but the quality is lacking. I was hoping to get at least 5 years out of the mattress. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I had this mattress delivered in July of 2021 and after the first week it was sagging so much. I rotated it and the other side did the same thing. I wrote after I bought it that it WAS a comfortable mattress and posted it; it was at the time, but now I really regret it! I wish I could toss it but don't have the money for a new one. There's one thing I learned from this, don't buy a mattress from Sam's Club. It might have been a good idea at the time but now it's definitely a regrettable one!

We purchased this mattress based on it's high rating. However, after just 1 night sleeping in the bed, the foam started losing its shape, and you could clearly see the outline of where we slept. As others have stated the matress is really firm. I typically enjoy a firmer matress, but this one is very uncomfortable. I don't recommend thos product.
