The mattress is very nice and for the price a steal. It is firm and after 20+ years with my old mattress it will take a while to get use to the firmness. My back feels much better and I am waking up feeling a whole lot better all over. The delivery,setup and removal of the old bed was excellent and I could not be any happier!

I was hesitant because it was a firm but it's Great mattress at a great price! I have gone through 3 really expensive mattresses in the last 5 years trying to find one that my husband and I can both agree on and this one is it! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it's damaged underneath and they are exchanging it but what a hassle....yes I highly recommend! I haven't slept this great for years

It's been a month now and this mattress has been wonderful so far! This has been a great replacement for our Beauty Rest plush pillow top. I will never own a plush mattress again! However, I was nervous about buying a Firm mattress, that it would be uncomfortably hard, this it not the case. It's firm but has a softness. It gives the support my lower back was screaming for, with out hurting my hips being side sleeper. Our previous mattress had terrible dips, NO, lets call them canyons within 2 weeks of sleeping, and we dealt with it for 3 years. After fighting for the hump in the middle and cosleeping with our babygirl for 7 months, I was fed up! I was concerned this mattress being a pillow top that we might encounter the same issue, but so far so good. I read some of the other reviews about this mattress being too firm, as a person that was sleeping on a plush for 3 years, this is definitely not a hard mattress, firm and supportive? Yes! I would recommend this mattress, the price was also a HUGE plus!

The mattress arrived much sooner than expected and was delivered quickly and perfectly! After sleeping on this mattress for over a week, it's safe to say IT WAS A GREAT CHOICE! The pillow top gives the right amount of comfort to the neck and back areas yet the firm mattress underneath gives the strong support suggested by chiropractors and orthopedic doctors. I was afraid that once the deliveryman delivered this new mattress and took away our old mattress, what if I did not like this mattress, how could I get my old mattress back??? No need for that anymore!

I have slept well since I got this mattress. Aired it out the first night and no odor on day 2. Very happy about my purchase. Mattress is not too firm which makes it perfect for me. Not pleased with the delivery company used. Two people delivery but only one man doing the work. No dolly used. Mattress set was definitely man-handled and not treated with care & sustained abuse getting it in the house and setup...delivery 4 hours later than appointment.

I struggle with Spinal issues and circulation challenges. My new Serra has enabled me a better nights sleep since it was delivered. My new bedding and refreshed pillows add to the excitement of turning in early every chance I get. One day, I just felt the need to stay in bed and every turn became a new comfort zone for me. This mattress is a firm mattress. With that being said, it took us a few nights to get used to it, and now we love it! I don't feel or hear my husband when he moves around. My hips used to hurt when I would lay on my side, and that no longer is the case with this mattress. In fact, I wake up with many less aches and pains and sleep much more soundly.

I bought this a month ago and was very impressed with what I received. The mattress is comfortable with just the right amount of gel, not so much that you can't move in the bed. I bought it as a child's bed, but is comfortable enough for an adult to get a great nights sleep. Covering is quality, not cheap paper. The delivery was great and they brought it right into the bedroom.

After shopping done of the popular mattress stores I found this in my local Sam's club. You can not beat the price value. Especially with the white glove delivery. I will admit it is a bit firmer than the one we tried in the store. Also the standard size box spring makes the bed really high.

I ordered this bed online after doing months of research trying, and hoping, to find a mattress that would alleviate low back and hip pain. Granted we should have changed out our mattress a few years back but had been hesitating due to price and just not wanting to make a bad purchase! After reading reviews relentlessly, I decided to go with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress! I am soooo glad we did! From the very first night we have both slept so much better and been able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times! I get up in the morning with no pain at all, which is just an amazing feeling after years of suffering. I'm hopeful that this mattress will pass the 6 month, 9 month, and year test and still be holding up well. We purchased the king Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop set and I couldn't be happier!
