I received this mattress and it was beautiful. We loved it. It had a small tare in it which customer service took care of. When I received the new mattress it wasn't the same as the first. The pillow top on the first was slightly more firm which we liked. We slept on it until the new one came in. No aches or pains. The pillow top on the second one is softer (which I don't like) also I think my husbands side has more fill in it which makes it seem off. So all in all the mattress is ok I don't think they are consistent in manufacturing . My husband thought they might be seconds. Not sure. Should have just stayed with the first mattress.

We purchased this Serta mattress for our son for Father's Day, as he suffers from lower back. He is amazed from the immediate results since sleeping on this extremely comfortable mattress. The Tempurpedic previously owned did not provide the necessary comfort. He was raised on a Serta Perfect Sleeper and continues to stay loyal to Serta for many years!

This mattress is really, really firm. I tried out Serta firm mattresses at a couple of stores and they were fine, but this one is like a board. Hopefully, it will get a little softer. The box spring arrived damaged, but when I called, they happily and immediately offered to send me a new one. The mattress and box spring feel cheap, the fabric seems thin and weirdly, kind of like paper But, for the price, it is a pretty decent mattress, I think, as long as you don't mind a firm bed. We are using it in a guest room, so I may put a foam topper on it, and it should be fine.

After checking it out in our local club, we felt that it was a good buy and bought this mattress set online because of the free delivery and haul away of our old set, among other things. We purchased it in May and got delivery about mid June. We are happy with the purchase price and value, but are still trying to get used to the mattress. We both are still waking up with back pain every morning and feel like the pillow top is too soft to give good support. Since we can't return it now, we are hoping we can at least get used to it more.

I brought this mattress about a month ago and I am glad I did because my husband was not getting the back support he needed. Great support and firm. The only problem I had was with the delivery. They kept changing the delivery date(about 4 times) other than that great price and great mattress best sleep ever.

I definitely ordered the wrong Mattress for me. The so called firm cushion is so soft I can't sleep on it. I rated this mattress a 2 because it looks nice, but too soft for me. I had to go back to sleeping on my old twin bed my sister gave me used in 2013. Very disappointed Serta! Now I know why it was on sale. Do you make one better than this one?

We love our new bed, it is the most comfortable bed either one of us has ever had! It feels exactly like sleeping in a very luxurious resort but better. We also got all of our bedding at Sam's and love the pillows and sheets and comforter, they make it even better, if that's possible because it was fabulous all on it's own. The price is incredibly low, we shopped around and we could not find a king size bed for less money with this quality. We did find king size beds for slightly less, about $100 less, but they were not comfortable at all, not even to sit on, let alone lay on top of. The difference in quality was huge, so for an extra $100 we got the best quality and now sleep through the night.

We've had our mattress over a month now and are really enjoying a good night's rest. We got the lower box springs and that has been good for us too. When getting older, it's not always easy getting in and out of a higher bed... love being able to sit and touch the floor with our feet. Delivery was very good and they also took our old set... Thanks Sam's Club!!

This mattress is a firm mattress. With that being said, it took us a few nights to get used to it, and now we love it! I don't feel or hear my husband when he moves around. My hips used to hurt when I would lay on my side, and that no longer is the case with this mattress. In fact, I wake up with many less aches and pains and sleep much more soundly.

I ordered this bed online after doing months of research trying, and hoping, to find a mattress that would alleviate low back and hip pain. Granted we should have changed out our mattress a few years back but had been hesitating due to price and just not wanting to make a bad purchase! After reading reviews relentlessly, I decided to go with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress! I am soooo glad we did! From the very first night we have both slept so much better and been able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times! I get up in the morning with no pain at all, which is just an amazing feeling after years of suffering. I'm hopeful that this mattress will pass the 6 month, 9 month, and year test and still be holding up well. We purchased the king Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop set and I couldn't be happier!
