bought this as a gift for boyfriend birthday... has had it for about a month and he says it is very nice. He sleeps well in it and it is very comfortable.. He is a bigger/tall man ..6'4 and 220 -230 lbs... so it is big enough for him. He tells me at least once a week that he really likes his bed.. He doesn't want to get out of it....(.I'm thinking about getting one now, lol)

Comfort one would expect with a $2000+ mattress. Perfect firmness coupled with the pillow top makes for great support without being too firm. Worth every penny. FYI, I purchased the Serta Kerrington model from Sam's a couple years back, and I loved it. So I called Serta and asked them which model currently is most like the Kerrington Firm Pillow top, and they said the Baymist is. Surprisingly, they are very similar and I'm extremely happy with both of them. Great value and great quality.

This mattress has a indent when I lay on it with no p.t.cushioning, just hard surface. I always buy at Sams and have never been disappointed in their mattresses before. In order to be able to sleep on this mattress I will have to buy a mattress topper and hope that will help.

I've only had the mattress for about 3 weeks now. So far so good, but too soon to tell if I love it. With my prior mattress my hips would hurt at night. Now, not so much so I'm hopeful for the long term with this mattress. I'll provide an update after 6 months.

I brought this mattress about 6 weeks ago. It's really soft and within 2 weeks it has a deep indention where my husband sleep, it's very noticeable that the mattres is lower on the right side than left. Very disappointed. If you buy this mattress, you will be very disappointed. DO NOT BUY!!!

We've had our mattress over a month now and are really enjoying a good night's rest. We got the lower box springs and that has been good for us too. When getting older, it's not always easy getting in and out of a higher bed... love being able to sit and touch the floor with our feet. Delivery was very good and they also took our old set... Thanks Sam's Club!!

I bought this bed because of the price. I've never had a pillow top mattress before. Its so soft and feels like laying your laying on a cloud. I've slept better since having it and now I can't imagine sleeping on anything else.... Great buy for a reasonable price! Do yourself a favor and go get one!

Very happy with our purchase, but need better customer service. People were tryig to be helpful, but did not contact us about delays. Need to give information up front about why and when delays are going to happen. Waiting 90 minutes on hold to be told to call another number and wait again is inexcusable. Would have given five stars otherwise.

After checking it out in our local club, we felt that it was a good buy and bought this mattress set online because of the free delivery and haul away of our old set, among other things. We purchased it in May and got delivery about mid June. We are happy with the purchase price and value, but are still trying to get used to the mattress. We both are still waking up with back pain every morning and feel like the pillow top is too soft to give good support. Since we can't return it now, we are hoping we can at least get used to it more.

Excellent product for the price, especially with a box spring and free delivery. My wife and I decided on this set since it was on sale for 50% off, and was larger than our current bed. The firmness isn't bad (it feels like a hotel mattress) but we would have gotten a foam topper if it was a problem.
