I had to return this bed because I have shoulder issues. I found it hard for me to turn over. Because of this I couldn't sleep very well. BUT I found it to be a very nice bed and comfortable IF I laid in one spot all night. I would have kept the bed if it hadn't been so difficult for me to turn in bed. My grandson and his wife bought the same bed in a king size. They really like it and are very pleased with it.

It has a tiny pillow top but this is really firm. I figure mattresses will eventually sag. Sooo, the more firm they are the better they should hold up. Buy a memory foam or gel topper - the ones that are 6" & put it on top of this & call it quits. Should be a great setup.

I have slept well since I got this mattress. Aired it out the first night and no odor on day 2. Very happy about my purchase. Mattress is not too firm which makes it perfect for me. Not pleased with the delivery company used. Two people delivery but only one man doing the work. No dolly used. Mattress set was definitely man-handled and not treated with care & sustained abuse getting it in the house and setup...delivery 4 hours later than appointment.

I've purchased high-end mattresses costing thousands of dollars only to last 4-5 years. (I'm average sz and weight.) The Baymist by Serta is the perfect blend of plush + firm support. I was slightly hesitant to by a mattress online without testing it out first . But this is by far the best blind purchase I've ever made! I don't wake up with a sore back or shoulders. It's more of a medium than firm mattress to me but it was honestly what I needed. A great price for a great product .

I definitely ordered the wrong Mattress for me. The so called firm cushion is so soft I can't sleep on it. I rated this mattress a 2 because it looks nice, but too soft for me. I had to go back to sleeping on my old twin bed my sister gave me used in 2013. Very disappointed Serta! Now I know why it was on sale. Do you make one better than this one?

We are enjoying this mattress after about 1 month of ownership. It is a bit firmer than my wife prefers, but perfect for me. Better mattress than one we bought last year for several thousand dollars. Hard to beat, for the price. I would recommend it

Beautiful Baymist mattress, firm, mattress is high with 9" box spring. Very difficult to place a mattress cover and sheet over. Comfortable, difficult to remove yourself from the bed in the morning. 10 year warranty. Excellent price from Sam's Club. Guaranteed warranty for defects. Please register your mattress. I have purchased mattresses from Sam's Club and have never had an issues. I highly recommend. Price point Excellent other merchants are selling for 1,200.00 and up.

Not bad for the money. I like the way the box spring is finished on the sides and that the king set is a split box spring, making it easier to maneuver. The only issue was the sewing on the pillowtop was not very good. Lots of loose threads needing clipped off and some stitching coming out already. Single person will be using, not sure how long it will hold up for two people.

We've been sleeping on this bed now for about a month, and are getting used to the firmness of it it is very comfortable. I have always preferred softer mattress but my wife wanted a firmer one this time. I did put a 2” memory foam topper on it so side sleeping would be better. It seems well made snd will hopefully last a long time. The price was great and really the thing that got us to buy it. we love the free shipping. It did take a long time I thought, but that said it arrived right on the scheduled day. I read all the bad reviews on the the delivery co. and was expecting the worse, but not so they were just fine. They offered to take our old mattresses but we kept them.
