The mattress has been beyond our expectations. The pillowtop is very firm, yet supportive in the right places. The quality of the mattress is very high for a very reasonable price. Delivery was included in the price and they removed the old mattress.

Deliver was excellent other than the scheduler not giving me any options so I was forced to cancel two appointments. They showed up on time- their time and took out our old mattress and box springs and unwrapped and set up the new. We tried sleeping on the mattress for two nights without the 2 inch foam topper which we had for our old bed. My husband is a 200 lb back sleeper so he thought it was ok but as a much lighter side sleeper, I found it to be very hard and woke up in pain. So we added our 2 inch foam topper. He liked it even more and I found it to be acceptable but not wonderful. Since it is more comfortable than our old mattress we will probably keep it. This mattress is very firm so if that is what you like you will like this. I prefer a softer mattress.

We needed new mattresses but did no want to spend an arm and a leg for them. These work great. They are so thick that the bed skirt actually looks good for a change. Seem to be comfortable but will know more after guests evaluation over Thanksgiving.

We've been sleeping on this bed now for about a month, and are getting used to the firmness of it it is very comfortable. I have always preferred softer mattress but my wife wanted a firmer one this time. I did put a 2” memory foam topper on it so side sleeping would be better. It seems well made snd will hopefully last a long time. The price was great and really the thing that got us to buy it. we love the free shipping. It did take a long time I thought, but that said it arrived right on the scheduled day. I read all the bad reviews on the the delivery co. and was expecting the worse, but not so they were just fine. They offered to take our old mattresses but we kept them.

Our Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist mattress was delivered on time and our old mattress was taken away. The delivery people were very careful in handling our mattress when they brought it to our house. We were given several days notice about the delivery, and they called us the day of the delivery. Everything was handled professionally. The mattress is very comfortable. It is firm but not too firm. My husband and I sleep much better than on our old mattress. It was also at a great price.

I struggle with Spinal issues and circulation challenges. My new Serra has enabled me a better nights sleep since it was delivered. My new bedding and refreshed pillows add to the excitement of turning in early every chance I get. One day, I just felt the need to stay in bed and every turn became a new comfort zone for me. The mattress arrived much sooner than expected and was delivered quickly and perfectly! After sleeping on this mattress for over a week, it's safe to say IT WAS A GREAT CHOICE! The pillow top gives the right amount of comfort to the neck and back areas yet the firm mattress underneath gives the strong support suggested by chiropractors and orthopedic doctors. I was afraid that once the deliveryman delivered this new mattress and took away our old mattress, what if I did not like this mattress, how could I get my old mattress back??? No need for that anymore!

The mattress is very nice and for the price a steal. It is firm and after 20+ years with my old mattress it will take a while to get use to the firmness. My back feels much better and I am waking up feeling a whole lot better all over. The delivery,setup and removal of the old bed was excellent and I could not be any happier!

We did a lot of shopping in search of a firm mattress with coil springs that would last longer and give more support than the memory foam types that are available. After a month, we are thrilled with comfort and quality of product. This was truly a win-win considering Sam's great price for mattress compared to mattress and retail stores we visited.

we have had a Setra set for the past 11 years and found it time to change up. we happened to check out Sam's Club website and found this set to be half price and rated very highly. we decided to go for it. very pleased. the order process was easy, they delivery was efficient and the product itself is awesome! slept on it last night for the first time - firm but so soft - perfect!
