The set arrived on time and at excellent conditions. I selected low profile box so the total height with mattress is fine. The box is sturdy and built with good material. After 7 days lying on the new mattress, my husband, a back sleeper and sensitive with firmness, is feeling well and sleep well. A valued purchase at its price. My kids said it is as good as the iComfort in our master room. Another good product from Serta.

I ordered this for my second guest room and now I'm reconsidering moving it to my own room. It's firm, but soft somehow. When the delivery men (who were great, btw) left, I planned on laying on it for a minute and then getting ready to leave to run errands....an hour later I forced myself to get back to my day! haha! LOVE IT

I was hesitant because it was a firm but it's Great mattress at a great price! I have gone through 3 really expensive mattresses in the last 5 years trying to find one that my husband and I can both agree on and this one is it! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it's damaged underneath and they are exchanging it but what a hassle....yes I highly recommend! I haven't slept this great for years

It's been a month now and this mattress has been wonderful so far! This has been a great replacement for our Beauty Rest plush pillow top. I will never own a plush mattress again! However, I was nervous about buying a Firm mattress, that it would be uncomfortably hard, this it not the case. It's firm but has a softness. It gives the support my lower back was screaming for, with out hurting my hips being side sleeper. Our previous mattress had terrible dips, NO, lets call them canyons within 2 weeks of sleeping, and we dealt with it for 3 years. After fighting for the hump in the middle and cosleeping with our babygirl for 7 months, I was fed up! I was concerned this mattress being a pillow top that we might encounter the same issue, but so far so good. I read some of the other reviews about this mattress being too firm, as a person that was sleeping on a plush for 3 years, this is definitely not a hard mattress, firm and supportive? Yes! I would recommend this mattress, the price was also a HUGE plus!

We have been sleeping on this set for almost a week now, it is wonderful. It is firm but not uncomfortable, just what we were looking for. The delivery was amazing, The two young men were very kind and respectful. They set up the new one and moved two other sets around for us. Something that would have been impossible for us to do. We can't say enough about this experience. Over all, hands down a perfect purchase.

bought this as a gift for boyfriend birthday... has had it for about a month and he says it is very nice. He sleeps well in it and it is very comfortable.. He is a bigger/tall man ..6'4 and 220 -230 lbs... so it is big enough for him. He tells me at least once a week that he really likes his bed.. He doesn't want to get out of it....(.I'm thinking about getting one now, lol)

The mattress is incredibly comfortable. The only worrisome issue is that we are seeing a hump in the middle already (we have had it about a month), so we are concerned about depressions forming in the sleeping areas. This is not a mattress that can be flipped.

I have slept well since I got this mattress. Aired it out the first night and no odor on day 2. Very happy about my purchase. Mattress is not too firm which makes it perfect for me. Not pleased with the delivery company used. Two people delivery but only one man doing the work. No dolly used. Mattress set was definitely man-handled and not treated with care & sustained abuse getting it in the house and setup...delivery 4 hours later than appointment.

This is a well made mattress - very solid, and very firm. I like the firm support, but may add a foam topper for a bit more cushion. The delivery was great - right on time, and they had no problem removing our old mattress and brining in the new, even up to a second floor bedroom.

It has a tiny pillow top but this is really firm. I figure mattresses will eventually sag. Sooo, the more firm they are the better they should hold up. Buy a memory foam or gel topper - the ones that are 6" & put it on top of this & call it quits. Should be a great setup.
