Very pleased with this Perfect Sleeper Serta full size mattress/boxspring set; never ordered a mattress without trying it out first, but it had great reviews and I knew we wanted a "firm" mattress with the topper to add a little bit of "softness"; college-age daughter loves it.

I had to return this bed because I have shoulder issues. I found it hard for me to turn over. Because of this I couldn't sleep very well. BUT I found it to be a very nice bed and comfortable IF I laid in one spot all night. I would have kept the bed if it hadn't been so difficult for me to turn in bed. My grandson and his wife bought the same bed in a king size. They really like it and are very pleased with it.

Had this mattress about a month now and I have to say it is the best set I've owned. I don't think the "firm" rating is accurate (at least compared to my last "firm" mattress) as this set is very comfortable and you don't wake up with a feeling that there might just be a couple of sheets of plywood between the mattress and box springs. More like very nice support no matter what position you sleep in and there is very little movement felt when your sleeping partner enters or exits the bed. Also I would recommend not to use a padded "loft" mattress cover as the pillow top softness does not need any help and the additional height might make your fitted sheets too short to fit the mattress. The "white glove delivery service" is an excellent benefit when purchasing this set. Takes the hassle out of getting the mattress and box springs home and disposing of the old set. In my case the delivery agent gave me a couple minutes notice (within the 4 hour window) when the truck would be at my house and would leave in 20 minutes if no one was at home. Made it home in 19 minutes! Very pleased with the Serta Perfect Sleeper Baymist Cushion Firm Pillowtop King Mattress set from Sam's Club both with price and comfort. BTW, the king box spring is actually two individual mattresses. This is not in the discription on-line but probably should be for clarity.

Ordered this mattress set unseen by reading others reviews. Delivery was fantastic, white glove service was great. Then came time to try out my new mattress, slept better that night then I have in years! And I have enjoyed it every night since. Mattress is “firm” but very comfortable, and the no sag and no motion feature is fantastic! My wife loves this as much as I do. I'm very glad I bought this mattress. It did after a couple weeks have about a 1/2 inch depression, but after reading the information from SERTA that is to be expected from memory foam up to 1 1/2 inches is considered okay...turn mattress every month. And remember it has Sams Club full Warrenty for 10 years????? I highly recommend.

I was slightly hesitant to by a mattress online without testing it out first . But this is by far the best blind purchase I've ever made! I don't wake up with a sore back or shoulders. It's more of a medium than firm mattress to me but it was honestly what I needed. A great price for a great product .

Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Had back and neck surgery needed a firmer mattress. This is like sleeping on a rock I do not feel and pillow top. My back hurts worse than when I slept on memory foam mattress. I am currently sleeping back on my couch. I called Sam's club and they say there's nothing they can do. My advice go to a mattress shop where you can try before you buy.

There is absolutely no way this thing is considered firm. It is pillowy soft. I just got it and it's really comfortable but I feel like I can't stay on it long because it tends to hold your body shape. When I'm on it I move around a lot. The pillow top is very loose and doesn't hold its form. I love the soft comfort but I don't think this mattress will last long at all.

Generally very pleased with this purchase. This mattress is so thick that with the 9" box springs it sits very high on the frame. I use a dust ruffle, which fits perfectly with the higher box springs and doesn't brush the ground; it might have with the smaller box springs. The mattress is quite firm. That might not be to everyone's liking, thus 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars overall. Delivery was exceptional. Very pleased with the personnel as well as Serta's courteous notification of delivery time.

We bought this online, based on seeing and trying it in the store. It took several phone calls to get the correct price, but aside from that, it's a great mattress! We were way overdue for a new one, and this certainly did the trick. It's firm enough to deal with both of our bad backs, yet soft enough to not toss and turn all night. I would definitely recommend it!

Had been watching for a good deal for months. This was it. Pocketed coils provide the firmness I like, along with the pillow top that provides the conforming cushioning that my back likes. Ordered online for the free "white glove" delivery. Total of 10 days from order to delivery. Also included haul away of old mattress. Very pleased.
