We love our new bed, it is the most comfortable bed either one of us has ever had! It feels exactly like sleeping in a very luxurious resort but better. We also got all of our bedding at Sam's and love the pillows and sheets and comforter, they make it even better, if that's possible because it was fabulous all on it's own. The price is incredibly low, we shopped around and we could not find a king size bed for less money with this quality. We did find king size beds for slightly less, about $100 less, but they were not comfortable at all, not even to sit on, let alone lay on top of. The difference in quality was huge, so for an extra $100 we got the best quality and now sleep through the night.

Ordered this mattress set unseen by reading others reviews. Delivery was fantastic, white glove service was great. Then came time to try out my new mattress, slept better that night then I have in years! And I have enjoyed it every night since. Mattress is “firm” but very comfortable, and the no sag and no motion feature is fantastic! My wife loves this as much as I do. I'm very glad I bought this mattress. It did after a couple weeks have about a 1/2 inch depression, but after reading the information from SERTA that is to be expected from memory foam up to 1 1/2 inches is considered okay...turn mattress every month. And remember it has Sams Club full Warrenty for 10 years????? I highly recommend.

I have slept well since I got this mattress. Aired it out the first night and no odor on day 2. Very happy about my purchase. Mattress is not too firm which makes it perfect for me. Not pleased with the delivery company used. Two people delivery but only one man doing the work. No dolly used. Mattress set was definitely man-handled and not treated with care & sustained abuse getting it in the house and setup...delivery 4 hours later than appointment.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and was just delivered Friday. Great experience on delivery. The bed was advertised as Medium Firm pillow top. It is more firm than anticipated, but I've only slept on it 2 nites! I may have to get a topper because I have had hip surgery and need the extra padding under me. I still like the bed, but it is a lot thinner than the one I had.

Very professional delivery men. Love the bed on my lower lumbar discs slept awesome. Warranty for a yr trial if i have issues i can try another firmness. Ive told friends and family so they will probably purchase. Sams club for mattresses is awesome! They sell awesome beds, pillows and do much more worth the value.

I've purchased high-end mattresses costing thousands of dollars only to last 4-5 years. (I'm average sz and weight.) The Baymist by Serta is the perfect blend of plush + firm support. I've had it for only 3 weeks so I cannot speak to longevity, but it is 100% awesome! The price is right, too. I'd recommend this mattress!

The mattress has been beyond our expectations. The pillowtop is very firm, yet supportive in the right places. The quality of the mattress is very high for a very reasonable price. Delivery was included in the price and they removed the old mattress.

The mattress arrived much sooner than expected and was delivered quickly and perfectly! After sleeping on this mattress for over a week, it's safe to say IT WAS A GREAT CHOICE! The pillow top gives the right amount of comfort to the neck and back areas yet the firm mattress underneath gives the strong support suggested by chiropractors and orthopedic doctors. I was afraid that once the deliveryman delivered this new mattress and took away our old mattress, what if I did not like this mattress, how could I get my old mattress back??? No need for that anymore!

Comfort one would expect with a $2000+ mattress. Perfect firmness coupled with the pillow top makes for great support without being too firm. Worth every penny. FYI, I purchased the Serta Kerrington model from Sam's a couple years back, and I loved it. So I called Serta and asked them which model currently is most like the Kerrington Firm Pillow top, and they said the Baymist is. Surprisingly, they are very similar and I'm extremely happy with both of them. Great value and great quality.

Fantastic mattress set at a really good price. And the delivery company was very professional and prompt with delivery. It is a firm mattress, so if you do not like a mattress that's firm, probably not a good idea to purchase, but if you like a firm mattress it's definitely worth purchasing I love mine.
