I bought this mattress 2 weeks ago. I guess I misunderstood what cushion firm meant. I don't feel any cushion in this mattress. It is too firm for me. I was expecting it to be somewhat cushiony. If you like super firm, then this mattess would be perfect for you.

This arrived ahead of schedule and the delivery personnel were so nice, however once I got the mattress and box spring inside and set up, I noticed right away that this was poorly made and the quality was nothing like the picture! It was like we got a knock off instead of what we paid for. I'm in the process of returning it. I put it back in plastic and am waiting to hear back from sam's with an update of what serta had to say or at least instructions on returning this thing.

I had to return this bed because I have shoulder issues. I found it hard for me to turn over. Because of this I couldn't sleep very well. BUT I found it to be a very nice bed and comfortable IF I laid in one spot all night. I would have kept the bed if it hadn't been so difficult for me to turn in bed. My grandson and his wife bought the same bed in a king size. They really like it and are very pleased with it.

Comfort one would expect with a $2000+ mattress. Perfect firmness coupled with the pillow top makes for great support without being too firm. Worth every penny. FYI, I purchased the Serta Kerrington model from Sam's a couple years back, and I loved it. So I called Serta and asked them which model currently is most like the Kerrington Firm Pillow top, and they said the Baymist is. Surprisingly, they are very similar and I'm extremely happy with both of them. Great value and great quality.

Fantastic mattress set at a really good price. And the delivery company was very professional and prompt with delivery. It is a firm mattress, so if you do not like a mattress that's firm, probably not a good idea to purchase, but if you like a firm mattress it's definitely worth purchasing I love mine.

We are enjoying this mattress after about 1 month of ownership. It is a bit firmer than my wife prefers, but perfect for me. Better mattress than one we bought last year for several thousand dollars. Hard to beat, for the price. I would recommend it

We've had our mattress over a month now and are really enjoying a good night's rest. We got the lower box springs and that has been good for us too. When getting older, it's not always easy getting in and out of a higher bed... love being able to sit and touch the floor with our feet. Delivery was very good and they also took our old set... Thanks Sam's Club!!

We purchased this Serta mattress for our son for Father's Day, as he suffers from lower back. He is amazed from the immediate results since sleeping on this extremely comfortable mattress. The Tempurpedic previously owned did not provide the necessary comfort. He was raised on a Serta Perfect Sleeper and continues to stay loyal to Serta for many years!

Excellent product for the price, especially with a box spring and free delivery. My wife and I decided on this set since it was on sale for 50% off, and was larger than our current bed. The firmness isn't bad (it feels like a hotel mattress) but we would have gotten a foam topper if it was a problem.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and was just delivered Friday. Great experience on delivery. The bed was advertised as Medium Firm pillow top. It is more firm than anticipated, but I've only slept on it 2 nites! I may have to get a topper because I have had hip surgery and need the extra padding under me. I still like the bed, but it is a lot thinner than the one I had.
