I do not think that the Sam's Club/Serta representatives gave me accurate information. The representative told me that even though the description of the item says “firm”, the fact that it's 13 1/4 inches tall will make it softer than another mattress which was described as “plush”. The truth is that this mattress was very firm.

This mattress has a indent when I lay on it with no p.t.cushioning, just hard surface. I always buy at Sams and have never been disappointed in their mattresses before. In order to be able to sleep on this mattress I will have to buy a mattress topper and hope that will help.

I've only had the mattress for about 3 weeks now. So far so good, but too soon to tell if I love it. With my prior mattress my hips would hurt at night. Now, not so much so I'm hopeful for the long term with this mattress. I'll provide an update after 6 months.

I brought this mattress about 6 weeks ago. It's really soft and within 2 weeks it has a deep indention where my husband sleep, it's very noticeable that the mattres is lower on the right side than left. Very disappointed. If you buy this mattress, you will be very disappointed. DO NOT BUY!!!

Very happy with our purchase, but need better customer service. People were tryig to be helpful, but did not contact us about delays. Need to give information up front about why and when delays are going to happen. Waiting 90 minutes on hold to be told to call another number and wait again is inexcusable. Would have given five stars otherwise.

The set arrived on time and at excellent conditions. I selected low profile box so the total height with mattress is fine. The box is sturdy and built with good material. After 7 days lying on the new mattress, my husband, a back sleeper and sensitive with firmness, is feeling well and sleep well. A valued purchase at its price. My kids said it is as good as the iComfort in our master room. Another good product from Serta.

Had been watching for a good deal for months. This was it. Pocketed coils provide the firmness I like, along with the pillow top that provides the conforming cushioning that my back likes. Ordered online for the free "white glove" delivery. Total of 10 days from order to delivery. Also included haul away of old mattress. Very pleased.

we have had a Setra set for the past 11 years and found it time to change up. we happened to check out Sam's Club website and found this set to be half price and rated very highly. we decided to go for it. very pleased. the order process was easy, they delivery was efficient and the product itself is awesome! slept on it last night for the first time - firm but so soft - perfect!

We are both very happy with this mattress set. I was anxious about not being able to check it out before we bought it but its very comfortable ! And the price was amazing, and having it delivered and removal of our old mattress... It was a great experience and would recommend this set!

I bought this mattress for my teen daughter. She absolutely loves the firmness of it (not to firm or soft). Purchased on Black Friday , so got at a great price. Was reluctant to order online, but glad we did. Wasn't pleased with the length of time it took to get it delivered though. It took 6 weeks.
