I bought the mattress because I purchased a similar mattress a year ago and was very pleased. This mattress may be fine as well but I do have some concerns. There are multiple locations where the stitching was below standard. I know I could have sent the mattress back but I did not see the stitching until ‘I' moved it up over a rail to a loft bedroom. Due to the location of my lake property a moving truck would not be feasible so I did the delivery to the house myself. The white glove delivery went as far as my garage of my primary home which was my choice. I'm hoping it last but I do believe Sam's needs to do a better job QC's their products before delivery.

I've only had the mattress for about 3 weeks now. So far so good, but too soon to tell if I love it. With my prior mattress my hips would hurt at night. Now, not so much so I'm hopeful for the long term with this mattress. I'll provide an update after 6 months.

It may be that all I've ever had were hand-me-down mattresses, but I love this bed. I can feel my wife move, but the mattress doesn't continue to jiggle like jello, and the movement transfer is minimal. My wife does think it's too soft, but she hasn't insisted on returning it.

I brought this mattress about 6 weeks ago. It's really soft and within 2 weeks it has a deep indention where my husband sleep, it's very noticeable that the mattres is lower on the right side than left. Very disappointed. If you buy this mattress, you will be very disappointed. DO NOT BUY!!!

We have been sleeping on the mattress for about a week now and we love it. Both my husband and I like a firm mattress that will support us. I believe the majority of the mattress is firm, but the top most layer is memory foam so it is also soft not "hard" like some firm mattresses. There is very little residual movement if one of us is tossing and turning. Overall, a great mattress!

I could have used 5-Star rating but because of "finished inspection" was lacking I lowered to a 4-Star!! Had numerous threads every where and three picks probably from delivery package, maybe large staples. But, my back and sides are blessed with the comfort of the support team within the mattress. Several blessed sleeps have convinced me of an excellent choice!!

Bought this expecting a much firmer mattress, as it was put forth, with extra number of springs and a back support insert. Have not slept an entire night on this mattress yet after about two weeks. The mattress retains body heat on the surface, again not as represented. My intent is to return to Sam's as soon as I can arrange to do so.

Very happy with our purchase, but need better customer service. People were tryig to be helpful, but did not contact us about delays. Need to give information up front about why and when delays are going to happen. Waiting 90 minutes on hold to be told to call another number and wait again is inexcusable. Would have given five stars otherwise.

This looks like it was sewn by a 3 year old. We have slept on it for ONE night and I am starting to get a dent in the mattress where I slept. The top of the mattress is not pleasing to look at and it's lumpy. It is NOT a firm mattress and I can't see it lasting very long

Best nights sleep in ages! I was worried about switching to a regular bed from a waterbed, which I slept on for 22 yrs. I thought for sure nothing could replace my cozy heated bit of heaven, but was shocked just how comfortable this bed was. I realized I had not had a good rem sleep in years! First night I actually had dreams & woke up remembering them! Wish I had switched sooner. Medical issues prompted the switch. Both my husband & I have found getting out of this bed, which is much higher than our old one, really helped with our back problems. I would recommend this bed highly.
