[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not the person you wanted to review this product. I bought it on 4/17. It was delivered on 5/19 but it had the wrong pedestals (which I know was not your fault) they were ordered and came on 5/25. Your guys came out and installed it checked it and all was fine. I washed one load which was great but the second load did not finish the dry cycle and came up with the code d80. One of your guys came out and made sure it was installed correctly which it was. They ran the dryer check and all was fine. I tried to was another load and the same thing happened one load good and the next bad. I Had someone clean out the vent. Ran the check and all was well. The next load again came up with d80. I have washed 5 loads and got this code on 3 of them. I have finally gotten some one to come out on Tuesday so we shall see. The check cycle still says it is fine. So from 4/17 until 6/49 I have done my laundry at my daughters house. Sorry to give this type of review but I am frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this LG dryer and I absolutely love it!! I especially love the steam cycles that it has and the antibacterial cycle! It drys the clothes very well. I highly recommend this dryer! It has great features.

The store did say upon purchase that they couldn’t install the Gas Dryer due to the fact it was Propane Gas and they don’t connect to propane. That I would need to contact my gas provider for hook up. However, my gas company and TB Webber refused to do the job because fear of being sued and voiding warranty. Because actually it not just installing it. The actually Dryer has to be converted to use propane. So I had to by the conversion kit, the machine has to be opened up and it placed inside to convert it before it can be installed. All plumbers and appliance companies don’t do this. This needs to be explained to customers with PROPANE Gas!!!! But now that it’s successfully installed I love it, so quiet and easy to use! However, had to give it a 3 because of nightmare of installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous LG washer was wonderful. My new LG is WONDERFUL. Features make it so easy to pick the perfect wash for fabric and/or dirt level. Most of my laundry can use cold water with desired results.

Perfection. So especially love being told via WiFi connection that my load is completed, what a tremendous help in reducing wrinkles and making clothes look their best. There are lots of cycle options that help make light and healthy work of cleaning your clothes and household linens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has multiple settings which makes it very easy to use properly. I (as a tech geek) like that it is "smart." I have it connected to my cell phone and it alerts me when the drying cycle has finished. It also displays a notice on my LG TV that the cycle is done. Nice touch.

We had an older (2017-ish) model of this washer & dryer. Recently moved to a home and decided to leave them behind, but loved them so much that we just bought the newer version. They've been perfect thus far. Easy to use, does a great job with washing and drying, plenty of cleaning options without being overwhelming. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front loading dryer and that feature alone is amazing. Overall, this dryer was worth the price, with the various settings saving me a lot of time restarting the dryer on thicker or heavier loads. The sensing technology works surprisingly well to increase dry time if needed. This is particularly helpful with heavier items like blankets or thick hoodies and sweatshirts. I've never had a dryer that would actually dry those items in a single run and this dryer does with no issues. I'm very happy with the purchase and happy with all of the LG appliances we have purchased for our new house.
