Dryer makes knocking noise and lint backs up onto dryer door and gasket. When you open the door debris falls out everywhere and is stuck on the gasket, that I have to brush off myself and clean that mess up as well. Techs tell me it's because of my exhaust duct is too long. Specifications state I can have up to 36ft, I have 20ft with 3 elbows. All within the range. LG tells me it's not a common problem and they don't know what to do. Refuses to replace my dryer. Techs just check pressure and blame vent. Dryer exhaust has been completely cleaned out so that's not the issue. This product is built poorly and LG will not accept responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this dryer to anyone!! Despite proper setup and troubleshooting, clothes remained damp after full cycles and airflow-related warnings appeared repeatedly. The unit seems unusually sensitive to vent configuration, making installation and operation more difficult than expected. Overall, a frustrating experience for a new appliance.
