We've had this dryer about 3 months. It's done a great job so far with no problems. It's very quiet and it's nice to get notifications when it's done so the clothes don't sit in the dryer for too long and get wrinkles. When this does happen it's easy to refresh using the steam option. It has a large capacity. We've been able to put several blankets and comforters inside w/o a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first LG washer and dryer lasted 11 years even with heavy use several times a week with no problems. We have had other products that did not work as well or last as long so it was not a hard decision on what to buy again.

We bought this washer knowing it was fabulous to use in cleaning our clothes, as before we moved from Arizona to Montana we had purchased the same set for our home there and loved how well it cleaned our clothes, and is so easy to use too! We also bought the matching dryer in each place. We didn't want to move our first set as we were concerned about it getting scratched or dented while in the moving van!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very roomy. also significantly taller and deeper than our old one. many cycle choices. we do not find the remote start useful. however, the steam cycles have been great for reducing allergens and for wrinkle release.

Purchased the washer/dryer pair to replace a 12 year old set. Installation was complicated since I need side venting and there are no drawings of dryer vent placement. My wife is visually impaired and appreciates the ease os selecting a cycle. Since the machines are at the opposite end of the house from where we usually hang out, the Internet connection telling me when cycles are complete is very helpful. Only installed for a few weeks but like the end results, clothing comes out clean much quicker than our previous machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the SteamFresh cycle because it takes wrinkles out of my clothes using ultra low temp in just ten minutes. I haven’t been able to connect the dryer to my WiFi, and I usually don’t have problems with technology.

This is my second LG dryer. My original one got damaged in the Texas Big Freeze, but it served me well for many, many years! The new one is a ThinQ and I love that it holds so many clothes. It has many drying options (12!) and runs so quietly you can hardly hear it. The musical notes on completion of each load is a nice touch, and the big drawer in the base provides lots of extra storage. It was a teriffic buy and the perfect complement for me LG washer!

While this does a very nice job at removing most wrinkles, there's still a few. But it is a timesaver. The dryer itself run smooth, i.e. no vibrations like some other models do and is quiet. Holds a lot of clothes and dries them quickly and efficiently. It's a nice looking dyer too. Still learning all the features this on has to offer, but so far I am enjoying it.
