[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is great. Love the way it dries so much faster than our last LG Dryer that was very similar but was 10 years old. I rated it 4 stars because I have not been able to get the WiFi features set up I haven't asked for support either.

It has all the features I want especially all the steam features which my previous dryer didn't have. It's so easy to use, runs quiet, and handles any size of loads even large bulky comforters, pillows, etc. Clothes get dry in one cycle which is a huge energy and time saver. This hands down is the best dryer I've ever owned! I've already recommended it to several friends who are in the market for a new dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had our LG Frontload washer for 2 weeks. Wish we would have bought one sooner. Our previous dryer, a 20 year old Hotpoint was ready to be replaced. And though we waited a month for delivery, it has been a dream. Easy to use (sure there are lots of controls, but very self-explanatory.) Love antibacterial cycle. Almost makes doing the laundry enjoyable. The app is a nice feature, only use to notify me when the load is finished. So worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our LG washer and dryer for about a month and a half, and so far we really enjoy the washing machine. It gets clothes clean, it’s fast, and the notifications when a cycle ends via the LG app are great! The dryer has been a mixed bag. In actuality, I’m pretty disappointed that we had to have it serviced already by an appliance technician who replaced the main board and heating element because the dryer wasn’t producing hot air and was giving an error code indicating poor airflow even when the vent was completely disconnected and wide open. I’m hopeful that this was a one-off problem with the dryer, and that the favorable reviews provided by the likes of Consumer Reports actually portray the reliability of this machine from here on. I can’t say I would recommend from personal experience for others to buy this machine, though.

I received this washer and dryer set about 1 month ago. Install was super easy and I really like the performance. The washer seal seems to dry out better than other front loaders I've used and my clothes do seem to be coming out a bit cleaner even with a little shorter wash time. I haven't tried out the app or the downloadable custom cycles, but I plan to soon, since I'm the type to want to perfect the wash cycle for certain types of loads.

We moved into a new house and had to replace all of the appliances. We chose to go with LG units for everything. This dryer had to be converted to propane but the Service Tech did it in a matter of mins. The unit works well. It is quiet and efficient. We are still learning about some of the advanced features but are impressed so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for about 3 weeks. It took a great deal of effort to get the dryer app installed. It was quite frustrating. There is a light in the dryer but it seems somewhat sporadic. It seems to dry pretty well but some of the heavier towels weren't quite dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dryer for about a month and I am very impressed with it so far. The sensor dry works great and does not over dry my clothes. The thing I like the best is the alert feature which sends alerts to my cell phone when a cycle finishes. I can also check on my phone to see how much longer until the cycle is done.
