[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer. So smart, does not waste energy. Its knows when clothes are dry and stops even though may say loneger. The steam function has come in handy to freshen a shirt before a meeting and remove wrinkles.

So far so good! The dryer seems to work very well. We purchased the optional pedestals to make the machine more accessible. No More bending down and getting on one knee to reach into the dryer. We have had the machine a little over a month, and so far we are very happy with the purchase. I have surprisingly liked the LG Thinq app . It is handy when checking the progress of the load and getting alerts when it is complete and I'm not close enough to the laundry room to hear the dryer's chime.

We only dry clothes, bedding and towels in our dryer. Nothing hard or bulky like shoes, etc. During a normal dry cycle with medium load, the inner wall of the "real tempered glass" door broke off and mixed a bunch of tiny jagged sharp shards into our clothes. I stack my dryer on top of the washer with the LG stacking kit, and if I wasn't paying attention, I could have opened the door and dropped a heavy 14" diameter disc of razor sharp glass 4 ft right on top of my feet and shattered all over my home floor. It'd been 2 years since we purchased and LG originally said it's out of warranty, but this is not an acceptable level of safety to have for a product well within its expected operating lifespan. Searching online, there are many other reports of this happening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for about a month. I love the steam feature it keeps stuff from getting wrinkled before it goes in the dryer. I also like that it talks to my cell phone and lets me know when it is done so I can go and move it to the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with this dryer!!! After it was installed we had a d90 error message. I looked it up and the dryer was telling me the exhaust vent was blocked! We cleaned out the vent and no more error message. It works like a dream, quiet and efficient. No wrinkles in our clothes and the steam feature is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries our laundry quickly but also doesn't "cook" our clothes by getting too hot. I trust it with some of my thinner shirts and other items I used to let air dry. The steam function seems to work well for de-wrinkling my wife's cardigans. I have not tried to connect to the smartphone controls, and don't anticipate needing to use that feature. Two things to note: 1) when the gas kicks on it sounds like a blast furnace. Much louder than my old dryer, but our laundry room is out of the way so it doesn't annoy us. 2) In addition to purchasing a gas hose, you will need to purchase the adaptor/connector piece to actually connect the gas line to the dryer. It was a simple purchase from a local hardware store, but an extra trip I wasn't anticipating. Overall, love the dryer so far!

Love my LG washer and dryer! I initially owned an LG washer and dryer and enjoyed it for 18 years. When my old washer quit working I went to purchase and bought another brand,I soon realized it was not the quality of my LG and took it back and purchased another LG set. The quality of LG is the best. I absolutely love my new LG set
