[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the pair and they are both incredible, they work together really well and the dryer has awesome features, I love the steam functions-which is connected directly to the washer so you don't have to add water manually. They dry so fast and you get alerts on your phone, can control it from your phone. And its gorgeous! I'm very happy with both the washer and dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer at the recommendation of my electronic repairman after owning a Kenmore dryer for 20 years. He told me LG has the best performance record. I like the height- easy to fold clothes on top of it. It has a large capacity and many dry cycles for all types of clothing. I have used the steam feature once and have yet to use the WiFi feature.

At times the clothes get twisted and don't dry completely the first time and need to be run again, but in general, this dryer does a very good job and is easy to use with good features.

I’ve had both the washer and dryer for several weeks, my first impression was what a great looking pair this was. Now that I used this for several weeks. I am so impressed with how efficient they are and how clean my clothes are getting. I should add, how happy I am that I get a rebate from my power company for buying such efficient equipment.

We have had nothing but issues with our delivery since day one, and it has now been about two months with no support resolution in sight. The first washer that we were delivered had large scratches on it that they tried to cover with black marker. We requested a replacement and it took a couple weeks to receive the replacement. Well, the replacement never worked from the beginning - we believe they provided us with a refurbished unit. It would only steam our clothes on a very hot temperature and it would not do anything else. We have had the new washer for about three weeks now and it has been a painful process getting a new one - Sam's has not been helpful and they keep telling us they have no control over the replacement time. And now today the washer doesn't even function at all. The carrier keeps calling us to schedule a delivery and so we try to make sure we are home and then they cancel. We work and are not able to take an unlimited amount of time off. I would avoid buying appliances from Sam's at all costs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dryer for a couple of weeks. We've used several cycles, including the manual settings. It does a nice job. Absolutely no complaints. We probably will not use all of the features, but it is nice knowing that there are smart options, and multiple settings for special loads. It's also a solid piece of machinery. Definitely recommend it.

With so many settings, your normal temperature, time dry, and sensor dry but also there are so many types of cycles: normal, heavy duty, delicates, permanent press, speed, air, bedding, antibacterial, steam sanitary, and steam fresh. They also have a WiFi option which I have yet checked out because I haven't felt the need to. A little thing I love is that when you power on the machine a light turns on inside so you can see your load. Another part I like I how the lint filter fits perfectly into the slot! I am enjoying using the machine, from clothes to my queen sized comforter it has gotten the job done first time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our dryer about 2 weeks ago and are very happy with its appearance and features. We ordered it with a matching pedestal and it has extra storage space. The dryer is very quite and does a great job of drying the clothes and leaving them smelling great. Our only downside is getting the machine connected to our phone, but are working on it. We would highly recommend this LG dryer to anyone.
