I bought this griddle after having used our Member's Mark 6 burner grill for years. The size of this griddle provides enough space to prepare multiple menu items for a complete meal at the same time which is very convenient(Example: I was able to cook hash browns, sausage, eggs and biscuits all at the same time). I love having the enclosed grease trap with front access for convenient cleaning and keeping it protected from weather and out of the way. The cooktop was easy to season and performs perfectly with cooking everything I've thrown at it. The magnetic front to the side shelves is my favorite feature - they provide a convenient place for your tools without taking up side table space while cooking. The cooking surface provides consistent heat for cooking over all 5 burners over the back 80% of the griddle. The front of the griddle provides a convenient area that is about 60 degrees cooler which I use to keep food warm that is done while other items are finishing up. Delivery was quick and easy to schedule. Assembly took me 75 minutes by myself using a Phillips screwdriver. (Some people may need help placing the cooktop/lid assembly on to the cabinet). The cabinet provides plenty of storage space and the casters allow for easy moving of the griddle between storage and use. Side shelves open/fold up easily allowing for a compact foot print storage. Included cover fits when side shelves are in the folded down position only. The cover is flimsy and will likely need to be replaced after 1-2 years if exposed to the elements, but given the overall quality and features of this griddle, that is the only nit-picky criticism I have found. At this price point, this griddle is a no-brainer, providing quality and features of the Blackstone or Traeger at half the price. I could not recommend this 5 burner griddle any higher.

Checking to see if I can receive a cover for my 5-burner gas griddle as no cover was included or even offered to the buyer who took the chance and bought the gas griddle when they first came out last year. We even had a hard time getting them and the shipping to weeks longer that what we were told for the expectation date.

I am OBSESSED! Friend has the same one and told me it was perfect so I took her advice. Assembly was easy to do for this mom alone. Seasoned it up and have been cooking on it almost nightly since it was assembled. I am so happy with this purchase. Comes with a cover that fits snug to keep water out. Will probably move it to the garage for the winter but definitely see me using it all year long. GREAT purchase and LOVE it.

I received this as a father's day gift and I can't say enough positive things about it. Once assembled I cleaned and seasoned the griddle using five coats of oil. I let the oil smoke off between coats and then cooked an entire onion first thing as I read bacon could leave the top sticky if that is the first thing you cook. I clean the top and put a light coat of oil each time I use it while it is still hot and I have never had anything stick. I have used the griddle 4+ times per week since I got it and have had no issues with it. I didn't install the three black rods next to the propane tank (these are to prevent storing an extra propane tank) as they don't affect function or stability. Not installing them allows for ample storage underneath the griddle. I really like the grease tray being in the front and I found the aluminum pans (bread loaf pans) at dollar general three for a dollar. I am impressed with the quality and feel that this griddle was well worth the money ($299 on sale).

july 4 2024 I brought this before it went off sale. And so glad that I did. It is a very impressed. It looks very nice put it together in 2hours wasn"t in a hurry. Cooked on it the first day .I really love the way it looks I would tell anybody to give it a shot you will not be disappointed

This griddle is massive and cooks great. I gave it 2 stars because the front was damaged a bit and when putting it together I actually had to use a rubber mallet to straighten a couple of places out so I could get the holes for the screws to line up. I did think about returning it and called the local Sams but customer service was not that friendly or helpful about a replacement. They told me to return it to the store I bought it from, that was a hour away one way. I did call the store I bought it from but they told me it would be about a month or more before they might get more in.

Love this griddle

Flat top is anything but flat. One of the adjustment nuts doesn't even make touch the too of the body. High point right down the center. Burners need more holes. Frokt of griddle doesn't even get hot enough to season. That's with me having the griddle on high for 30 minutes. Bolts that hold lid protrude into cooking area. That's more of an annoyance when cleaning. Other than the warped griddle quality seems good. Would be better if it had 2 drawers on one side than just doors and an open area. Nowhere to store all the tools for cooking. It needs a paper towel holder too.

2nd from left burner control not working. Will not allow propane to burner. Called Phone number (833-454-0864) that was identified to call if there were any issues. No luck contacting them Will continue to try and call them or Sam's Club. Nice Barbecue grill but did not work the FIRST TIME WE USED IT!!

Really more of a 4.5. For the most part, pretty easy to assemble and can be done by one person until you need to put the griddle on. Highly recommend 2 people for that step!!! Also highly recommend to download the BILT app for 3d instructions, came in handy on a couple steps. The unit is very stable. However, to have this stability, you lose some storage space in the cabinet. Every thing feels solid except for the burner knobs. Very plastic feeling. I thought I was going to break them during installation. Oddly, they have a rubber ring, but its placed too far back on the knob that renders them useless. These are the only 2 issues we have with the unit. Otherwise, pretty great flat top for the money!
